Is good store, technology and price goes well. Sometimes take more time than we expected to receive all we bought, but I never received any compromise to receive mi purchase in less time than there appear in the website. I understand coul take more time than other online stores, but this is one reason to consider the good price. For me is it OK, I can keep shoping in the store.

I have been shopping with Tomtop for 5 months now with no problems. Shipping takes 4 to 5 weeks from the China warehouse to the United States, just over a week from the Los Angles warehouse. Can't beat prices when there on sale. I have been buying Nexbox A95X 6.0 media players for myself family & friends. Also bought a LED projector for my son.

I have used this company twice to get various goods. Both times they have arrived when they said they would or earlier and the products matched the descriptions and worked as I expected from the descriptions. I would not hesitate to use them again

I just received my order AN17A13T4212YNP3FP. This meter knob does not turn from OFF to OFF, it get stuck half way.The product is defective. I would like a replacement or a refund. Please let me know. Thank you for your cooperation.

After chasing my order (and ignoring my Emails) for 3 months they finally replied that order was returned to them a month earlier. They offerred to refund or resupply order. I asked for refund which never happened. Now chasing Pay Pal for refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I personaly don't recomend, very poor respond from Tomtop.The priority shipment does not work at all.It is already 3 weeks, my product delivery does not take place. Number of attempts and emails posted but no answer.Don't have courtesy of respond.
