Je reviens sur mon évaluation laissé il y a quelques jours pour signaler que ce site Tomtop ma demandé en échange d'un coupon de 5 USD de laisser une note à leur sujet mais ce sont des arnaqueurs car jamais je n'ai reçu leur coupon donc ils pratique le chantage mais ne tienne pas leur engagement. De plus les produits que j'ai acheté chez eux n'étaient pas à la hauteur de leurs descriptions et avec une livraison très longue.
Donc, je ne recommande pas ce site et moi même ne commanderais plus jamais chez eux.

Bought a Hubsan H501S drone which arrived in reasonable time, and the reason for buying here was price, which was reasonable too.
When the drone arrived the balance charger was faulty from first use, and so I tried to email them to get a replacement which I have done several times since but with no reply, leading me to believe they are little better than street traders with no intention of honouring any warranty.
I am now left with little alternative than to attempt legal proceeding to enforce the warranty apparently given.

Tomtop, one of the best online stores for direct purchases from China. It is a perfect solution for us Brazilians to make purchases of quality products and with unbeatable prices.

My first order was placed on 2016-11-19 for a camera to be shipped from the German warehouse. According to the description, the camera was on stock and usually would will be shipped in24hours. On 2016-11-28 the camera still hadn't been shipped and I canceled the order. I than ordered from Amazon and received the camera in 3 days and at the same price.

My second order was placed on 2016-11-27 for a Wifi IP camera. On 2017-01-12 (7 weeks later) I had still not received the camera and the tracking link only showed "Shipment information received". I wrote to customer service twice but never got any reply so I finally had to open a Paypal item not received claim.

All the time they kept sending me daily advertising e-mails from which I tried to unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link and although I got a message that I was unsubscribed, I still received the mails. Writing to customer support asking to stop sending them did not help either so I had to block tomtop all together.

My advise... spend your money elsewhere.

Les compré un receptor satélite Freesat V7HD que me llegó averiado. Les he mandado varios mails explicándoles mi problema con fotos y vídeos y después de 1 mes no me han dado una solución. Me contestan siempre lo mismo:"Friend, le vamos a pasar tu video a nuestro técnico y en un par de días tendrás un respuesta ". Y luego se olvidan de ti. Después de insistir, te dicen que tiene que enchufar el cable mejor o estupideces del mismo calibre. En fin, son unos impresentables que se despreocupan del cliente. Busquen en YouTube:" Tomtop.com sells faulty Freesat V7HD Receivers and doesn't care! Shame on them!"

Al final, he conseguido recuperar mi dinero gracias a Paypal. Después de abrir una disputa, los sinvergüenzas de Tomtop espabilaron (algo) y me ofrecieron un nuevo aparato a cambio de pagar 6 adicionales a lo que les contesté que nanai, que ya había pagado por un producto en perfecto estado. Decidí elevar la disputa a reclamación y me preguntaron si prefería el dinero u otro aparato (ya estaban cambiando las cosas). Les dije que seguía interesado en el producto así que quería uno nuevo. Me contestaron que OK, que me lo iban a mandar si quitaba gentilmente la reclamación: facepalm: Me aconsejaron en Paypal no hacerlo y les hice caso. Al día siguiente, los de Tomtop me vuelven a escribir diciéndome que en un plazo de 1 a 3 días me iban a mandar un aparato nuevo y me facilitaran el nº de seguimiento del envío. Cerca de una semana después, sigo esperando dicho nº de seguimiento (no sé... algo me dice que nunca me va llegar: hmm :) pero lo bueno es que el plazo de la reclamación ha vencido y Paypal ha fallado a mi favor. Me consta que ellos ni siquiera se han dignado en contestar a las peticiones de informaciones adicionales de Paypal.

En conclusión, los que tenéis un problema con Tomtop y habéis pagado con Paypal, no dudéis en abrir una disputa/reclamación en el Centro de resoluciones de la entidad de pago online.
