On Sunday i ordered a Vernee Apollo Lite Smartphone, ordered nº AN16L05B3236-T9733Y as i saw it could be paid for through PayPal and that it would be dispatched from a warehouse here in Spain. I paid extra for fast delivery.
This morning I received/signed for a small package. I opened it a saw a cheap electronic thermometer. - strange I didn't order that!. I googled a number on the packet (P1477B-EU)and my phone appeared. I hope this is just an honest mistake maybe I should have looked at a review site like this before buying. Just as well I paid through Paypal who have reassured me that I'll have my phone or money (but not until the 18th). Tomtop have not responded to my mails

I ordered a boat for y hubby for Christmas on 15/11/2016 after initiating an online chat session on about 01/12/2016 I was told the product is being tested and will be dispatched in 1-2 days, ok no probs. BUT
5 days later I again asked them when will it be shipped to which I was told your product is being tested and will be shipped in 1-2 days!
Online chat staff obviously read from a script and don't know $#*!!
Paypal dispute opened to receive a refund... Very disappointed to say the least!

I have been receiving emails from this company with some good tech products and good prices. I decided to or a pen camera from the for $25 plus shipping. My credit card was charged and after a week, u received a email from them stating "your order has been cancelled per your request". I emailed there support asking why my order was cancelled as I didn't request it to be cancelled. I also checked my account and my money was not refunded. I received a response that sad " your order was cancelled. If you want the product you will have to reorder." No mention to why it was cancelled or if I will get a refund. I emailed them back but have not received a response. At this point they have just stole my money!

I PURCHASED A Andoer CDR2 1080P from Antiquechina2009 (your company?). The order was made & shipped promptly. Then the trouble began. The camera did not work, I requested a replacement or a refund.
Antiquechina2009 offered me $8.00 to repair the camera. I was not s$8.00. Then Antiquechina2009 emailed me that they sent a replacement. This was a LIE. Finally, after complaining to Ebay & PayPal I got a refund.
I would still like to order the camera but I do not want the hassle Antiquechina2009 gave me the last time.
Can you assure me no hassle if there is a problem? TomTop will replace, repair or issue credit if the camera does not work?

Product was faulty, got utterly no response from support after several attempts. I only had a single email after a opened a PayPal complaint against them, nothing further. They didn't bother to respond to PayPal either, so I had a full refund quite quickly.
I've bought other products from them with no issue, but the products worked on those occasions. Assume the product will fail and they will ignore you, pay them with that in mind!
Don't expect to get any kind of response from TomTop, make sure you only pay with a means that will allow you to claim it back if things go wrong, PayPal etc, otherwise you are taking a big risk with your cash!

I purchased a sport camera for my son's birthday. I came promtly, no problem there. Went out and puchased the memory card so he would have everything needed on his B day. Everything looked great with the camera, all the accessories and such. Read instructions, charged the battery, used the camera for about 1/2hr no bull. Then it crapped out, nothing, no lights just nothing. Contact customer sevice via email. 4 days later a response asking me to record the camera and send them the video. Another 5 days I send another email asking whats going on, the could not open the video i sent. This sh. T goes on and on for 2 months. So now I have to send the camera back to China. 32$ After 3 weeks i need to check via email whats going on. Yes they got it. Another 2 weeks nothing, after muliple emails camera is ready and i need to send a check for the camera. I sent the check and now they dont even respond to my emails no camera nothing. From June to December nothing. So $89 for camera, $ 64.00 shipping and i have nothing. I was hoping for the best knowing that it is a chinese knockoff of a GoPro but it was for a 10 yr old boy. Proceed with caution. Never again for me. All the stuff looks good BUT.

I bought a chinese made smartphone from tomtop.com more than 2 months ago.
Arrieved in 2 weeks (to Europe) with postal tracking, received in excellent condition. The customs declaration filled correctly.
Phone description on website coincided with reality.

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Sent a very poor quality and completely smashed photo frame and then refused to make refund without us paying for it to be couriered to Hampshire, with only a vague offer to refund "part of the postal cost". Item sent completely unfit for purpose, but Customer Service (e-mail only) just repeat that it is their policy for the customer to pay for and organise returns, despite this being illegal when faulty goods have been sent. Cheap prices, but you get what you pay for... in this case, terrible products and appalling support. Truly terrible.
***UPDATE*** Please ignore the "helpful" response posted below. This is a smokescreen - they have all my info and I've spoken to that mailbox over 20 times. They refuse to help. This is just PR lies. This company would be shutdown in in the UK, but they are untouchable as operate from China. Tomtop are liars and thieves.

It was my first purchase on the site, I had no problem, product delivered in optimum conditions, simple payment method. I am more than ready to make my next purchase
I ordered a DOP LED light from TomTop as it was by far the cheapest seller. It arrived quickly, I didn't need to pay customs tax. The product was better than I expected and was packed very well.
Tomtop has become my number 1 worst experience in the 14 years I've been purchasing items from EBay.
Ordered a Tooploo external hard drive. Item arrived in a reasonable time but did not work. It was apparent that the issue was a Manufacter defect that somehow made it through Inspection.
And not the fault of Tomtop.
Much corspondance resulted in compensation of first $6.00 then $8.00, despite me paying almost $40.00 for the item which I declined.
We agreed that I would email Tomtop additional funds to cover shipping costs for a replacement, I also asked for a tracking number. Repeated emails about asking for tracking number resulted in replacement item being held in ransom until I filed a good review in EBay.
Much more corspondance resulted in being told that I would not get a Tracking number, citing costs for the reason. Countered with additional funds for tracking but was declined.
Over the course of over a year with hundreds of emails and 8 times of assurities of sending the replacement but not providing me with a Tracking number I went ahead to repurchase another Tooploo from Tomtop but found out that I'm being denied from purchasing anything from them.
Much corspondance resulted in being told that they have no record of me purchasing or giving money to Tomtop.
Provided them proof of purchase and Emoney transfer and remarked about me being blocked from purchasing from them which shows proof that I did buy from them.
My last 10 emails about not receiving item has not been answered by Tomtop.
Much of Tomtops answers were word for word repative responses.
Very dishonest company. Buyer Beware.

I have bought a Video intercom... they have sent me a faulty item... i have sent it back and asked for a replacement or the money back. They said that the product is out of stock ( even though on the website I can clearly see that you can still purchase it). So I have chosen another one which they asked me to. They also said it is out of stock. Then I asked them for my money back and they offered ( but it is not completed yet) a partial refund.
Why would I gat a PARTIAL REFUND? They sent a faulty item so I am entitled to full refund.
Obviously all these email conversations with them are very stretched in time as obviously they count on the customer eventually giving up. Such a poor customer service with broken english used. Some of their emails you cant even understand!
Please, do yourself a favour and do not order from this website. Pure scam.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
