I purchased an android box from them and box keep crashing, so I asked them if there was any software/firmware that needs to be upgraded to avoid it from crashing? Their responded was "please send a video, and we'll assist you further". How am I supposed to know when it will crash. I wouldn't buy anything from these guys.

Purchased TWO Quad items(JJRC) from TOMTOP. On my H36 - the USB charger stopped working after about 4 charges to the battery. The 2nd item - H11WH - will not connect to Wi-Fi using enclosed instructions APP. NOT able to use the camera or fly this quad via my phone. JJRC manufactured these but TOMTOP NEEDS to stand behind what they sell. CS took 3 weeks to respond to my emails FULLY explaining my probs - only to say "Really sorry to hear that. Is that possible to bother you to take a small video which can show this problem and send the video to me? Because the video maybe can show better. I sent "PICS" and TOMTOP CS then responded with the exact same message? Really? Appears their avoiding my simple explanation of the problems. NOT getting any satisfaction from their so called customer service.

I ordered a laser engraver. It arrived very quickly in an undamaged box. When I opened the box the object plate (the plate that you attach the item to be laser engraved to) was afloat in the box and it was clearly visible that the attachment between the plate and the servo was broken. I sent 3 separate emails to the TomTop website sales and support emails (the only way to contact them) and I have not received a response. So I have an unusable item and wasted $80

The purchase in their website was ok, what happened next was ridiculous.
Tomtop offers money coupons for purchases in their website in exchange of 5 star reviews in a selected reviews website, like site jabber.
BTW they probably won't give you the coupons and if they do is just like a 5$ in 500$ discount.

I bought two mobile phones and one of them was not working properly. It was switching on and off all the time.
I wanted to return the phone and get a refund. I could not get in touch with them. After twenty e-mails they responded and following another 10 e-mails i finally was told where to send the phone. I had to pay for posting the phone back (and that costed me almost half of what the phone was worth). 2 months have passed and after more than 50 e-mails i still have no confirmation whether they received the phone or not and whether i will be refunded. I am still waiting.
That was definitely a Bad Unacceptable experience. Regarding their customer service definitely unreasonable and rude conduct.
Please also be aware that TOM TOP offers coupons to anyone that gives a good review (to various review websites). Therefore some of the reviews posted might not be that honest.

Will be back. As I said, shipping was/is a little long but it is understandable once you consider products are shipping from China and Germany.

Answer: Simple answer is NO they will not refund your purchase. Doesn't matter what the reason is. Best bet is to go through your Credit Card if you can - I'm assuming you haven't purchased item yet. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.
Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviews. It is no accident TomTop has so many: these are real customers with problem experiences. TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Answer: Please, please, please start the complaints procedure now. Do not wait any longer, they lie and you will lose your money. They buy time and make phoney excuses. Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
