Product was exactly what I was expecting and the price was great but after the order was placed I received no communication until I inquired as to the status. The website indicated that if my order were placed in early December it would arrive before Christmas, it was 3 weeks late.
I bought a laser engraving machine that does not associate with any of my computers, I've sent a Main and they do not listen to me.

My purchase on 19 Dec 2016 never arrived. Every time I ask for a feedback from support l, I get a tracking list in Chinese and a promise that it will be delivered in 2 weeks. After 2 months they issued a refund that I never asked for, and when I asked them to send the product again they said it was too late.
How would you rate that?

I ordered a web camera from TomTop. It was a great deal, but after ordering it I changed my mind and wanted a better one. I tried to cancel the order but there was no way to do this via the app or web interface. I needed to send a message or call. I sent a message, then a day later tried to call. They don't have 24hr customer service and you call China, so that was $3 spent getting nowhere. They responded to the email 2 days later saying it was too late to cancel the order (I sent it within an hour of buying it). It's a darn good thing I ended up liking the camera and decided to keep it. If they make improvements to customer service, I guess I'd try buying from them again.

I gave tomtop a false review. I was completely wrong about these company in my previous reviews. There was a mix up with an item I ordered and i was to quick to judge without giving them a change. They have an unbelievable determination to satisfy my situation. A huge apologize to you and thank you. I would say to anyone, buy from tomtop. They are on top.

Do not buy from TOMTOP are shi.ts, they arrived defective goods have not replaced under warranty against return it in China at a cost of 40 euro for an item that costs 39.

I bought a drone and a beamer in that shop and had two questions to the support. The support answered within few hours, so the support is quick, friendly and effective. The shippment was safe and properly packed and needed abotu three weeks to germany.
The payment was easy (PayPal) and the quality of the products was good.

I have recenlty bought a mobile phone (Vernee Apollo Lite) from Topmtop. Before i decide to choose that site i have read some negative reviews over the internet and a was a little worried but the phone was on a super low price that i couldn't resist. I decided to receive phone from Germany warehouse, i paid my order by a credit card and i picked the expedited shipping method. What i have to say after my experience with Tomtop is that it is a trustworthy site! My phone came on time, it was propered packed and in a perfect condition as it had to be. My transaction with cretid card was secure with no trouble. I am shopping from online shops very often and i have nothing negative to say comparing to other sites. I will think again Toptop in the future if i decide to buy anything they can offer!

I ordered a brand new Xduoo X3 that I paid 79.99$, I've never received anything from Tomtop! It's been a month since I sent my first complaint, and I've been sending several emails since then, but no answer whatsoever from Tomtop! Ziltch!

I ordered a quadcopter for my sons Xmas. I tested it a week before and found it to be defective, one of the motors wasn't working. I contacted Tomtop for a replacement/refund. They wanted me to send them a video of the product not working for their technical team to see. I then sent footage of the product not working. About 4 days later I received an email saying it had been passed on to their tech team and they would contact me with a solution. I' still waiting after 6 weeks. One of the motors on the quadcopter doesn't work. All I wanted was to send it back and have a replacement sent out.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO TO THE SAME.
