Recently I bought some things from this seller, and I received only 1 package out of 2 I emailed customer service and to make long story short they told me that I was on my own that I need to search with carrier on what happened with my order, first time buying from here and will be the last.

I bought a phone from Antiquechina2009 AKA Tomtop and the speaker failed. They gave me months of runaround and never did send a part that would cost pennys. The phone manufacturer eventually sent one and now my phone works again. I learned that Tomtop is a serial scammer and does not ship or ships empty boxes with a tracking number sometimes. False reviews common. Toxic company - stay away.

No communication, but good products at good prices. Once product leaves share house you have no idea where it is. If you message them there is no response.If there is a problem with the product you have to contact PayPal to sort it out.If they could fix this I would give them 5stars

I bought a drone from TomTop. But this drone did not fly because only three of the four engines are working properly. I asked TomTop how to send it back, but I have not received an acceptable solution. They just offered to send me 4usd for repair and that's it.
