"tomtop_uk DON'T BUY from this SELLER...

I ordered a 4-5 season Sleeping bag tomtop-uk was advertising. When it arrived it was clearly not as described. It was lightweight and insubstantial. I complained via eBay and formally asked for a full refund of my money.

The seller offered me 13.3% of the purchase price back, and assured me the bag was not worth sending back, as it was 'worthless'...

I pointed out that the seller broke eBay Rules about false advertising, also UK law on false advertising. I am entitled to a full refund.

Seller offered me 40% refund.

I declined and offered to start leaving bad feedback on ebay and facebook about the criminally false advertising used to sell these 'worthless' bags... if no full refund was offered.

Seller offered me 53.3% of purchase price. And started suggesting I had to send the old one back. It's his responsibility to have it collected, if he wishes.

This is the point where i begin posting bad feedback about this criminal. I am owed 100% of my purchase price and will not go away until it is refunded."

Tomtop is bad in communication, first I had to wait 6 weeks before my supercarver arrived, than with some problems we had it finally to work, sad enough it did work 2 times than nothing anymore, no active machine, not connecting software on 3 pc. S reinstall drivers software etc. Tomtop is asking for a video, hard to film something that's not working, send a picture would do the job to, sad enough we don't get any replay from them, we suppose to have warranty or support, I'm very disappointed in my sale and support from tomtop at the moment

Where do I start? Let's see, first I purchase a Android cable box for $25.00 not bad right?. Then I waited for ever for it to arrive. Finally when it does arrive it doesn't even work "Turn On" When I tried to reach TOMTOP for assistance I am told that all of their items are tested before shipping them out. Sure! Just like the 1000 & 1 other items you sold to hardworking customers that did not work. I was ensured I would get a new item, tic toc it never came. I asked for a refund and they gave me the run around. YES! Finally I get a message that they refunded me my money... Oh so I thought, because here I sit still checking and guess what? NO REFUND... SCAM SCAM SCAM... Their merchandise is TRASH!
