We are a new customer/company, but I have to say from the moment I called up and spoke to Rozlyn who walked me through the process and options I was very impressed. Then she introduced me to my account manager Steven Adkins and he has been there immediately to answer my questions and offer support. We chose a vanity name so keep in mind it will take about 5 days to clear, but Steven updated me immediately when it had. If you want a regular toll free number I believe they hook you up right away. I have used Toll Free Forwarding for my business for over a year. The staff were very friendly and accommodating in the beginning, explaining how the process worked and making it easy to get started. I was recently contacted about switching to a different billing plan that would save me about 35% in base fees. I had a very serious and sudden need to acquire local access numbers in several International cities for our conferencing lines here in the US. In 24 hours I had numbers up in running in a dozen countries across Europe and South America. I honestly went from major headache to complete success in one day. My employers were thrilled. We went live in April and now it is September and I not received a single complaint from anyone at all, the service has been completely stable and reliable.

I needed a florida number and witht he assistance of Blade a customer service agent i was able to get the line working perfectly for the trial period while i was trying to reach potential employers who requested a Miami number, the service and the connection was perfect! I got my old job back so i didnt need the number any longer but whenever i do need this type of service i will call Blade who was courteous and great in helping assure that everything went perfect. I really can't express my past frustration with obtaining international service. Once I found out about tollfreeforwarding all my past worries on how to provide international toll free went away. They have been able to provide service to all countries I needed and with the addition of being able to do IVR recording it just made it more convenient. Anytime I have had a need Steve Adkins has delivered in a timely fashion.
