This box was full of delicious snacks and included a few things that I had seen elsewhere and had always wanted to try. Seeing as this is the August box and it's still July, the fact that this box is here shows great delivery times, especially given current circumstances.
I love getting a box every month full of goodies. There is always something new and you can enter giveaways and contests to get prizes
I've seen a lot of bad reviews complaining about their boxes never arriving. I have a similar problem with my July box having been weeks since it's been stated that it had been shipped. On the good side DHL shipping proves to be a very effective shipping method as I received my August box in less than 2 weeks (that is if you want to be charged the extra $10 for it). Most of the snacks were very good and you get what you paid for.
Great variety of snacks! However some recommendations would be to improve the size and portion of certain treats in the box
With all of the chaos going on in the world right now, it's nice to be able to look forward to this box every month. Compared to other boxes it may be a bit pricy, but for what you get in the premium box it is definitely worth the splurge.
The amount of snacks you get for the price is spectacular! I loved everything in the box, it was amazing to get a taste of another culture that I am so fond of.

The delivery took some time(to be expected because of covid) But super happy with the products! Would definitely recommend!
At the end of May, I signed up for a non-renewing 3 month "subscription" (one box of snacks shipped each month) which claimed to have no recurring or additional charges. There was discussion of the difficulties they had when JapanPost basically shut down from covid starting in April, so I assumed that was handled. The next day, when I first logged into the account they provided, they offered the option of ground shipping at no extra cost, or air for an additional charge. I chose ground. A few days later they charged my credit card again for the air shipping (after the earlier charge for the order). When I contacted them, they said it was because of covid, and they didn't know about that when I signed up. I pointed out that this was a lie, since I signed up after they had responded to the covid situation. Then they said it was because I didn't opt out. I pointed out that this was a lie, since I had selected ground when given that option. Then they said that they could not refund the charge. I pointed out that this was a lie, since any company that can charge a credit card can refund that charge. Eventually they admitted that there was no ground shipping option and they would not ship the order. But they also would never refund the charge for the order. Complete scam.
So glad I signed up for this monthly box! It's so much fun as a family to try everything and it brings us together, for a unique experience each month.

We received our first box today and we are incredibly pleased and amazed. It arrived fast, with everything perfectly packed and enough room for everything to not be squeezed, so all the crunchy goodies are in perfect condition. The amount of things to try is higher than we were expecting, so that was a great surprise too. It also comes with a booklet explaining what every item is (super helpful!) and some useful information about contests they are doing.
Overall, we are really impressed and happy with the experience!
This is a nice change of taste when it comes to snacks, i eat alot of american snacks and its great to get a break and taste some japanese snacks.
Living in Japan for almost ten years have our family a very intimate familiarity of Japan and the culture. Each box send is the best treats Japan offers, including the seasonal products. It's warms our heart to have some real Japan deceivers to our door with the same heartfelt care and attention to detail we have come to expect.

I can excuse the shipping getting delayed by 4 months due to the pandemic. I can even excuse them charging a little bit extra to try and get me my box somehow. What I can NOT excuse is important information regarding "auto-resubscription" conveniently hidden behind a little question mark button, which you may or may not notice when buying these boxes. I'm fairly sure this is illegal in the EU, or at the very least questionable grey area. What's the point of 1, 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions, if the subscription continues indefinitely anyways, completely automatically?! They just charged me automatically without even asking and took the money. I didn't even receive the first box at the time and they already charge for another one!
More importantly, I noticed within a day that the money for another subscription was charged from my bank account. I immediately contacted their support to cancel and refund the sub. They said there's nothing they can do about it, even though I contacted them before they even began packing the contents of the box!
I did finally get the box 4 months later, but I don't understand why they go out of their way to trick people out of their money. The box is good. They don't need to do this. I'm still waiting for the 2nd box from the auto-resubscription (even though both got shipped at the same time).
Overall I have been happy with my boxes. My only complaint was that I received my may box 2 months late on July 8th and customer service was horrible.
Answer: It is one of the worst ones out there. If anything goes wrong they refuse any sort of customer service. No refunds, no placements even if the box never arrives.
