It took TWO DAYS for this dress to get from a city 30 minutes away from me to my actual mailbox. The color was not as advertised. The medium was too small (I'm a pretty small girl and this is ridiculous), zipper kept getting caught, horrible quality. If I'd paid full price ($60) rather than the 80% off price ($17 after shipping), I'd be extremely angry.

ALL CLOTHES SHRINK

I spent over $250 dollars on this website. Outfits are cute but once you put them in the wash ( even washing cold) EVERYTHING SHRINKS TO DOLL SIZE! Waste of money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EITHER

If you want something from Tobi, order it AT LEAST a month in advance, it's honestly ridiculous that their website says things take 3-5 business days to be delivered, because every person I have ever spoken to that ordered from Tobi had never received their packages that quickly.

Having to order my dress last minute, i found this perfect dress for my dance on Tobi. I ordered it without even thinking to look at reviews first. All of the reviews I looked at were making me nervous. Then I had multiple friends of mine tell me that theyve ordered from Tobi and never got their clothes. My dress arrived before the date it said it would (a week and a half from when I ordered) and it fit perfectly. I couldnt have asked for a better dress!

It takes forever to get what you ordered. They are not as fast as their competition. I am a first time shopper. Then my delivery wasnt delivered it was turned back and now I cant reach a person by phone or a live chat to fix it. So I have to email and wait which means I wont get the package in time and need to cancel the whole order. Luckily i ordered from their competition who has excellent delivery and customer service. Use Lulu's the quality is excellent, shipping time is fast, prices are lower and they actually have real people you can call or live chat with. This company is behind the times and not worth it

Based on other reviews, I was very apprehensive of ordering from Tobi... but it was almost December and I needed a dress for New Years Eve. I ordered two cute dresses and absolutely loved the one. The other was cute too but it was a little big so I returned it. My advice is - if you don't need the clothes for a couple weeks then definitely order from them. I placed my order on Nov. 30th, it shipped Dec 5th and I received it Dec 15th. I returned the dress that didn't fit a couple days later and the tracking info said it was received by them Dec 21st. On Jan 11th I emailed Tobi and they got back to me pretty quick saying the dress arrived at the warehouse on Jan 3rd and to allow 14 business days for the return to be processed. I got the refund on Jan 23rd. Overall my experience with them was good because I got a dress that was exactly what I was looking for but it was definitely a slower process than most stores I buy from. With the prices and selection I'll be ordering from them again though.

I just recently ordered from tobi for the first time and I got my stuff on the second week! The clothes came in and it all fit! Super happy about everything. It was just a little pricey, but worth it.

Incredibly unsatisfied with the customer service here. Over the holidays I had ordered a few expensive dresses, planning on returning most of them and keeping one. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered until 2 weeks after it's expected date, and so when I got home from vacation I tried them on and returned the dresses that didn't work, only to find out that it was too late. I reached out to customer service several times and received many automated emails that didn't really put into consideration that my order came two weeks late, which only gave me a few days to try on the dresses and return them. Now I am done a couple hundred dollars and as a once loyal customer to Tobi, I am incredibly frustrated with their customer service and return policy,

Longest Shipping Ever

Ordered $90 worth of clothing and it has been over two weeks since Ive received nothing! Worst experience with shipping Ive ever encountered. Tracking my order gives me absolutely not information and where my package is or when I will get it.

I have purchased from Tobi a few times - each time the orders processed quickly and shipping was very fast I always got my package within one week of ordering or a week. This time processing took longer than what it says on the website (already a huge let down) - I ordered from them because I trusted that they would process and ship out the dress within the times they said they would. When I received the tracking number my package had 0 information about it (wasn't even shipped yet) and now as I check the tracking it says that USPS is still awaiting the package. When will I get this dress? Probably in awhile, AFTER the event I bought the dress for. I emailed customer support to ask for a cancellation, no response - take your business elsewhere I will not be counting on Tobi or supporting this company.

Twice recently I have ordered from this site and the sizing was very weird. Both items were dresses and the top of the dress was extremely loose and the skirt part of the dress was so tight I could barely move. I sent my order back on December 23rd 2017 and Tobi claimed to receive it January 4th. I emailed them to follow up with my return and they responded that I should have it soon and that they require 14 business days to process a return but they are working on it. On the 14th business day I emailed MULIPLE times with no response. I finally had to message them on facebook to have a supervisor respond to me telling me that it will be 24-48 hours before I get my money back. That time has also passed and I still do not have my money back. I will not be shopping with Tobi anymore and I am simply writing this to share with other consumers.

Ill be honest i was really hesitant about ordering from tobi after reading all the negative reviews, but i ended up purchasing my junior prom dress from there for only $40 and im in love!
The material is amazing, especially for the price. The item i got was final sale as well so i was super worried that it wouldnt fit and i couldnt return it, but i decided to take the risk. Im 5'1 with practically no boobs but i ordered an XS and it fit great that i dont even need to get it hemmed, itll be the perfect length once i wear it with heels:)
I was most worried about the shipping bc thats what most people had problems with, but my package took 5 days to deliver like they promised and came exactly when they said it would! However i do live about an hour away from the warehouse so that could be a possible explanation for why it came on time as opposed to other people.
Their customer service was pretty great too. I was super paranoid when i purchased my order and spammed/bothered them with so many questions through facebook messenger but they still got back to me every time:)
Overall im super satisfied with everything! However im fully aware that other people havent had the same experiences and arent as lucky as me so my advice is to make sure you have the correct measurements when ordering an item that's final sale and be very aware of all the risks!

YES ORDER

I read a lot of the reviews after I ordered and needed to cancel my order. I was very nervous I was going to get stuck with two of everything, but Tobi was very much on top of customer service and canceled my order. They have been nothing but great (and this isn't the first time I've ordered, just the first time I needed to cancel an order or make a return). Definitely will be a loyal customer!

Never Again!

I'm trying to get a refund on a dress and possibly a price adjustment on another dress that is now half off and for 3 days now I have been emailing the company for a resolution. I received an auto reply that did not address my concerns whatsoever. I ordered bridesmaid dresses from their site and although the dresses are very nice, I will NEVER order from this site again. Horrible customer service and there is no phone number to speak to an actual person!

I ordered a dress back in September that was too big. I returned the dress within the appropriate time frame and HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. I call their customer service number CONSTANTLY and all it does is ring. The dress was $44 and I would like my money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I should have read the reviews before I ever ordered.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Awful support. My package took over 3 weeks to be delivered to me. I ordered the package with a guaranteed delivery date of no later than 12/26. I ordered the package for a trip I was leaving for on the 30th of December. My package wasn't delivered until 1/3. When I reached out to customer service, I received a generic response back, after being ignored over and over and over again. I will NEVER order from here again. I am currently in the process of returning my package and getting a FULL refund. I will tell all of my friends to stay away from this company! NEVER AGAIN will I order from here. Tobi used to be a reputable company and that has completely changed. I was a good customer, but now I have the same feeling as if I was scammed. They don't treat customers well and do not compensate customers when the issue is on your end.

Worst online store

I placed an order on 12/12/17 because they were having a sale. I have not received anything as of 01/02/18. I tracked my package with the tracking number they gave me and it is stuck somewhere in Illinois, but that information hasn't been updated since 12/22/17, so who knows where my stuff is. I have emailed 2 times with no response from anyone. This was my first time ordering from them and because of their lack of customer service and their slow shipping, I will not order from here again.

UPDATE (written 01/10/18): I received my package on 01/06/18, which was 25 days from the day I ordered it. I messaged Tobi.com on Facebook and then I also Dm'd them on Instagram. They answered me on both sites 1 day later and let me know that my order would arrive Jan. 6th. Even though they replied to my messages and told me that my order was not lost in the mail, I still think they deserve a 1 star review because Tobi.com never emailed me to let me know that they were backed up due to the holiday season. They also never updated me on when my package would arrive. So, I was left thinking I was scammed and that I would never receive my stuff. What's frustrating to me is that I had to reach out to them. I feel like most online stores that I've ordered from, send another email to their customers if processing or shipping is taking longer than expected. If they would have reached out to me to tell me my package was going to be late, I would have been way less frustrated. Also, everything ran very small, so I will never order from here again.

It seems I have bad luck with Cyber Monday sales. On Mon Nov 27th, I ordered from Tobi.com, and it is now January 2nd, 2018 and I have no package, and no real update on the status of my order. After about 20 emails to the company, including their fake "Fraud" department, and asking about 5x for someone to call me to discuss the matter, I have received no clarification and no help, and zero customer service. No one has attempted to call me to resolve the matter. In fact, the questions I pose in my emails are never answered; it seems they have a bot answering all inquiries and complaints. There is no number to call. They took my money. If I sign into the account of my order, it says "processing" yet the bot email I received in the last week said "they are working with the shipping company to send my package quicker"; yet, I have received no information on my package even being shipped at all. And online it says still "processing", and again, my money was taken from my account. My bank and I are going into dispute with them. They have ZERO customer service. They will not call you... there is no number for you to call. Complete waste of time. Tobi.com have proven to be total fraudsters, and absolutely incompetent at customer service... but then again as a scamming business they don't really need to worry about customer service after receiving your banking information.

Placed order on December 14th. It is now January 2,2018 and I still do not have the order which was a Christmas present. I have emailed this company 3 times without a resolution to the problem. Just amazed that places like this stay in business when conducting fradulently. It's never ok to take money for services and not deliver. Will file a claim against TOBI with my credit card.

Do not order from Tobi! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They haven't responded to me in over a month! They are too busy posting pictures on their Instagram page to actually care about their customers. Their shipping is horrible as well. My package came a month late, so I had to return my items. I don't even know if I'll get my money back because it takes them 2 months basically to process it. Stay away from this site, it's not worth it they are untrustworthy!
