Processing and shipping takes forever, 1 week more than they say on their website.
Customer service is horrible and unresponsive, emails never get responded to.
And ontop of all of this the quality is the same as forever 21 but they charging twice the price.

I returned a dress over two months ago within the thirty day period and still have not received my refund. There is no phone number or way to talk to an actual person. I just keep receiving a generic email that is automatically sent out in response to a return/exchange issue.

I sent a few items back (with confirmed delivery) and it has been 21 business days since my items arrived at the warehouse and I still have not received confirmation that my return is being processed. Customer service is awful and is not able to provide a reason, so they are basically holding my money hostage. This is a poorly run business and I would not trust them with my payment information.

I online shop, ALOT. I normally shop at Lulus (highly recommended). Lulus did not have what I was looking for this time around. I had a couple white only parties coming up. So, I ordered most of them from Tobi. I had a problem with delivery which was my fault. I forgot to put my apartment number (silly me). I had emailed them about it, and they were awesome at writing back. I hate the fact that you cannot speak to a representative. But, I was able to fix it. This is why I gave them a one star, for this one thing that was right.

First: everything runs big. Like huge. I am a petite person, so I normally have this problem. But, I feel like their measurements were not even accurate. I had ordered the smallest size for each, and they were huge. So, no big deal. I returned everything, because altering it wasn't even an option, because the parties were coming up in a couple days.

Second: Still waiting for my return to be processed... the dresses/outfits returned back to the facility April 2nd and it is now April 28, and I am still waiting for a refund. Even better, still waiting for my return to be processed (according to the company). Mind you, I spent about 3 hundred and something dollars there. I normally do have to return some stuff due to being petite. So normally I know the process takes some time due to having to ship back the clothes. BUT ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH SINCE IT HAS BEEN SITTING THERE.
Third: when I emailed them, last Friday, they said they were still processing returns that were received March 20... but why?
I do not recommend this online store. Unless you don't like being refunded.

I will never order from this website ever again. It said it takes 2 days for processing but mine took 4 DAYS. It wasn't even shipped. I planned to wear the shirt for an event but now I cant. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CONTACT AND SEND AUTO MADE MESSAGES. I'm asking for a return and they won't respond. Even thought the clothes are cute it is not worth the headache and stress waiting for your order to come.

A SCAM

I ordered a dress which came early, I was excited until I took it out of the package. Cheap fabric, looked nothing like the picture. I sent it back the next day. 7 business days go by and I email tobi to see if they have received the email. Said they still have not received it, the same day I found the tracking number and I saw the package was delivered four days after I sent it out! I have since emailed them twice about my refund. Two weeks have gone by and they keep telling me they have to process my return.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I purchased a dress from Tobi and after I did, I read the reviews and was really terrified that I wouldn't get my order or that the dress would be totally off and would have to return it and never get my money back. I got my order just about a week after placing my order, with updates and everything so I have zero complaints about the shipping and delivery. It was pretty on point! The dress fits is just slightly big even for a small but it is super cute and honestly for the price ($28!) I can't complain! I'm not sure if I will order again, however, only because of these reviews and risking them not fitting and losing money. But my experience was honestly fine and I can't complain whatsoever!

I ordered a dress for my granddaughters 16th birthday. Two weeks after I ordered, I emailed to inquire why I hadn't heard anything. They put me off for another week and I emailed again that it was getting too close. The next day I received a cancellation notice as my credit card had expired. I guess 2 years from the expiration is not long enough for this company. I don't recommend ordering anything you really need.

I've never had online shopping issues with companies like the ones I had with Tobi. Their package was never delivered to me and when I emailed their 'Help' they told me to look "deeper in my mailbox" and told me to contact Canadian post because it wasn't their problem anymore. It's a scam, Canada post told me the package was shipped back to their office so they essentially charged me a ridiculous amount of money for NOTHING. And the worst part is that they refused to give me a refund. Do not shop here, listen to all the other reviews too. This website is consistently horrendous and there are many many better options out there.

I ordered a dress from here for the first time and was really excited because it looked so cute on the model. It did not fit me right and I had to return it. Its in the process of being returned. Never have I waited longer for something to be returned. Its been 2 weeks! And by reading the reviews I shouldnt expect my money back. I will be disputing this because I know I wont get a refund. I was so excited to shop from tobi but Im very disappointed. This business is a scam! Dont even have real customer service line to talk to. Youre better off shopping at Lulus. They have excellent customer service and quality clothes. I will not be recommending this store to anyone!

They will let you return your clothes but you will never see the money credited back to your account.
60 days since receipt of my return and they simply keep sending emails thanks for your patience, you have to wait 14 days for return to process. It has been 60 working days!

This website is such a scam. Everything looked so beautiful on the site that I decided the price tag was worth it. I ordered 6 tops totaling $183, and was so excited to receive my order. It came a week later and as I tried on each shirt I was increasingly frustrated. Even just pulling them out of the package had me disappointed, because the quality was so terrible. They were the thinnest, sheerest, and weirdest texture I have ever felt. I ordered clothes off Chinese websites years ago (before I had any sort of sense) and even that clothing was better quality. It was just so bizarre to me. Not to mention, they each fit differently, but all equally bad. I am medium, and half of them fit like a size small and have of them fit like a size large. I was so confused that I had double check if they had given me the right size.

Anyway, I immediately went to send it back. I read up on their return policy, printed out the label, filled out the paper they give you, and had it sent back the next day (January 18th). They received it on February 2nd, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have yet to get my refund and they have been completely unhelpful with their annoying copy/paste answers that just tell you they couldn't care less about their customers. It has been almost 1 month. And based on these reviews, I am not expecting it any time soon. I just can't comprehend how a company could possibly take that long to process a refund.

Overall: stay away from this store. I just don't think it's worth it. Expensive, non existent customer service, no phone number, horrific quality, inconsistent sizing!

Tobi is horrible. I ordered my dress on 1/4 sent it back 1/10 they received it on the 1/28 and they say to wait the 14 days after they receive the package to be refunded. Well over the 14 days and still haven'f received my money back. Would not recommend tobi nor will i use it again.

My package only took about two weeks to get to me which was great but the product it self fits horrible and even though I got a small could fit someone who is a large. Wont be ordering from the site again. Plus it saids no returns or exchanges so I paid $37 CAN for something I can never wear. Super disappointing..

They really trick you on the site. The dress I received not only was poor quality but the fabric was even cut unevenly. It looked like a child tried to make that dress. I returned the item a month ago and still have not received a refund. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Tobi, you have horrible customer service and your clothes are of very very poor quality. Looks different on the site/model then on myself. I'm still waiting for my refund almost two months later that is so wrong and this online clothing store should be shut down! You take peoples money and when they are un happy with your poor quality clothing and return it YOU GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY BACK!

I HATE TOBI! I suggest nobody order from them unless you want to be ripped off! I ordered a skirt and sent it back because it was to big they told me on feb 5th they received it back at the warehouse an I would get my refund in 14 business days not including weekends. Now it is past 14 days and still haven't got my refund so I messaged them again and still have not got a response. Mind you this site doesn't even have a number you can call to talk to a person! I will never order anything from here again
