Scammers

Stay far away -- do not shop here. They don't respond to emails, there's no way to confidently return items. There's ZERO customer service. No phone number, no live chat, just an email address that never responds.

To update my previous review.
I finally did get my reimbursement for the dress I had purchased through Tobi. Just don't expect the return to be fast - it took about 3 months however they did in the end take the return. However you never know when because it is true about not good communication with there customer service. I I don't think quality is noticeable with there products but it could work for some.

I ordered a dress from here for a wedding for $72. I read the reviews about how bad returning items was but I decided to give it a chance. DON'T do it! I got the dress and I immediately didn't like it. I returned it the next day and this was back in early June. I've received no confirmation yet about it being processed and it's been almost 2 months now. What an absolute waste of money. I guess they just take and keep money from customers even though you return the items. I wish I had never purchased it in the first place. All the terrible reviews are completely true.

Was going to purchase but notice they don't accept PayPal. PayPal is security for the consumer. It seems like the company is outside the United States. Be careful and cautious with what you purchase and how you purchase.

The returns are free because they dont actually reimburse for them... I used my tracking number to check the status and it says that the return has been processed, but it has not and its been almost 2 months.

I live off this sight. Wedding dresses, bathing suits, jumpsuits, and 10 pairs of rompers in the last year. Havent been disappointed with a single item. I also have not returned anything so I have no input on that aspect. Clothing is good material :).

I bought a dress from Tobi and I was a little concerned because I live in Portugal. The shipment time was a little long but the dress came in perfect conditions, the size is correct and it looks exactly like the website.

This company is awful. I ordered about 5 dresses, adding up to $300,2 months ago, got them, and decided to return 4 of them. They received the dresses back on May 25th, and we still have yet to be refunded. It's June 17th. We tried emailing them, and nothing happened. This company will just take your money and try to get away with it. The customer service is terrible, and the clothes aren't all that great either. Don't waste your time and money buying from them. Never again.

Still waiting for a refund of several items after returning over a month and a half ago. It took two months to receive an item after needing to hassle them. The reason for returning items. WAY TOO SHORT! The quality is very cheap as well.

I bought three dresses from Tobi from the very first time. I ordered two Ms and then by accident, I also ordered an XS (oops!). One of the medium dresses fit me, but the other one was way too big. I carefully measured myself before ordering, so I recommend really checking how the dress is styled and whether it might run big. The XS obviously did not fit and since I am in Canada, I had to ship it back for a refund. Shipping back cost about $10 from where I live to California, with no tracking! I read reviews online and I was SO AFRAID I would never receive my refund. After I sent my shipment, I followed up with customer service and also sent them a copy of my postage receipt and the details of my order, when I suspected it had arrived about 2 weeks later (again - I didn't buy a tracking number). It took a little back and forth with giving the information, but the customer service told me that they would process my return. And... voila! The return showed up on my credit card statement a bit later without a hitch. So, even those with reviews are scary, I had a good experience! No issues with shipping arrival either - items all came as described and on time!

Do not shop here! The dresses are way too short and completely unwearable. I spent $75 here and they will not accept my return. The quality is horrible. Please stay away! I ordered one dress from here a few years ago and liked it, but since then everything Ive ordered has been awful. And seriously, if youre over 5 feet tall there is no way you could wear any of their dresses. Im 56,130lbs and a large was about the size of a T-shirt on me. Terrible.

I will never shop with them again - quality of product was horrible, and I've been waiting on return information from their customer service department for over a month. I wouldn't be surprised if they never refund my order.

Im from New Zealand and recently ordered a dress for my school formal. I got the Kristen Slate Wrap dress, and although the material quality was great. It was light, with a silky lining which made it more comfortable, not amazingly amazing quality but good for the price I paid (80$) I got expedited shipping (1-2 weeks) and somehow got it within 4 days. The colour was slightly different from the picture as the picture was a slate blue and I got a more greyish colour but I loved the colour anyway tbh. Pretty good quality for the price paid. I was originally scared to order because of the reviews but I guess mainly people only right reviews about a product if they were not satisfied with it.

I ordered my items on May 18th, and they didnt process my order until May 25th. Its been another week, and all theyve done is make a shipping label but they havent actually sent the package out. I needed it for a graduation so I ordered it a month in advance hoping to have a bit of leway time incase, but it doesnt look like Ill be getting my order in on time, or at all.

They do not refund

I returned a dress and shoes a few weeks ago. On their tracking website, it says that my refund was distributed, but I never received the money. It's a scam website with low quality clothing that will ultimately steal your money.

I returned my items 60+ days ago. When I contact Tobi with frustrations asking for updates or my refund, they send back generic emails which means they don't even read the complaints. They said "Be patient, it takes about a week for your items to get to you, you'll have them soon"! I don't need any items, i want the money back that this site owes me. An absolute scam when it comes to returns or exchanges. Might as well have donated it to someone instead of no dresses and out money.
