WARNING! All GOOD REVIEWS for TMART are FAKE and it's easy to tell. I have received two emails in my dealing with TMART so far. Both seemed to have been written by a 6 year old girl. The grammar is horrible. As I read the positive reviews here, I see the exact same issues. This company is either employing third world country customer service reps with limited English skills or child labor. Don't be fooled! Think about it. All the one star reviews here that are fully detailed and perfectly understood, versus the one and two sentence 5 stars that so terribly written. Judge for yourself. FYI: This review is coming from someone for whom English is a second language and yet expects more from a company and its customer service reps. A total rip off. Pay attention to the negative reviews here!

First class rip-off artists... Ordered 2 flashlights(12/22/13) currently listed all over the place ( theirs and other websites) as well as two extra batteries and two chargers---received batteries and chargers but a BS explanation of weather issues and flashlights would be available in 1-2 weeks, it has now been over a month a nothing from these fly by night scammers---Have submitted two emails of inquiry and Tmart hasn't enough intestinal fortitude to respond---STAY A LONG WAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS UNLESS you want to throw your money away like I unfortunately have...

Do not allow Tmart to trick you and steal your money.
I was tricked by Tmart 's positive reviews advertisement that are posted by people who are paid to do so.
The positive reviews here are all written by tmart customer service.
I ordered an item from so called USA Warehouse, I paid for expedited shipping.
A week passed without receiving my order. Tmart doesn't have a phone number to check the status of my order. After many attempts to contact Tmart by Emails. Tmart informed me that they do not carry this item and now I have to waste more time and struggle to refund my money. They said EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
Why Tmart took my money when they don't carry the item I ordered?
Why Tmart made me wait more then a week for my item when they know they don't carry it?

First understand if you want fast shipping purchase from U.S. warehouse. Sometimes the same item is listed multiple times. If you do not order from a local warehouse you will be in for a long wait. Second if you buy no name electronics anywhere your taking a big gamble because it will probably won't have a warranty. Third paying more in shipping then the product is Amazon. So if your looking to stock up on some low cost items and pay for the product and not the shipping your in for a treat.

I purchased two phone watches the Q8. They had two types one with a grey type box around the display and an all black one, They have two different prices because one is Tri-Band and the other is Quad Band. I ordered the Quad and was sent the Tri. I ordered these back in October 2013 and had to wait a month for them to arrive, only to send them back because one froze and that they were not the correct watches that I had ordered. I waited another month and was sent the same style. I have been emailing them ever since. (mind you, the watches I sent back was received the following day) They say they cannot see the difference in the two, and that they are what I ordered. I have since looked at their website and they now featuring one watch, the stupid thing about it is they are featuring the model I originally wanted, but continue to inform me they look and are the same watches. I have had live chats, I have sent them the two different watch pictures on their website, I have sent continuos emails from work and home back in November right through to December 2013 and they have all the reference numbers of both watches and the correct reference of the one I ordered, which I must mention as I have stressed this to Tmart. The outside of the box has the correct reference to the one I have ordered. The contents inside is the other watch. As I mentioned I have sent them evidence, they say that they can not see the difference. Up to date I am still trying to retrieve my refund on the watch and postage.

I purchased about $70 worth of cell phone items from them to repair my phone and wasn't told till after payment was taken it was being shipped from China ans would take a month to arrive. I figured oh well that's kind of my fault so I waited. Waited... Waited... My item never came. I contacted support for tmart.com and was not helped at all they basically said keep waiting. They ripped me off and I hope someone else reads this before making a decision to buy from tmart.com THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I read the reviews on the tmart before i purchase them, when i got it, i like
I gotta say my favorite (and best quality) brushes are the big fluffy bronzer brush and the fluffy angled contouring brush. They're both super great, soft and very fluffy. I was in love with both the contouring angled brush and the bronzer brush. The other favorite was the very thin pointy gel liner brush, I love it for gel eyeliner, wish is was a bit more pointy for precision but I'm still in love with it.

I have placed several separate orders with Tmart over the past 6 months. All of the items eventually arrived and in good condition. I was pleased with their prices but their shipping is SLOW. I have waited up to a month on delivery on some items and others have come in one week. I will continue to purchase from them but not for items I may need right away. Things I need immediately I will buy from another supplier. And yes, they are hard to get to respond to emails.

I considered for a long time before deciding to purchase a package on tmart, because before I saw some negative reviews about tmart, I was surprised that he was perfectly.
The bag is excellent value for money at only £8.75 and easily matches the quality of several bike bags I nearly bought locally at £15 or more! I'm considering some panniers next for carrying bigger things like my laptop bag etc. but for now this is a great, unobtrusive, storage device for my bike.
