I recently bought an aoke smartwatch for 25 euro at tmart. Everything told about this in the description was wrong, and I just got a cheap watch without any of the by them told functions. Also, the shipping took about 70 days so I couldn't claim my money back anymore.
Tmart is the worst store ever, please avoid it at any costs.
I also contacted tmart's customer service. After confronting them with my problems they hang up, and whenever I try to contact them via chat now they hang up immediately. Also, I tried to contact them via mail, all I got was a message that I should contact them via chat, which I just explained I can't.
Again, tmart is a scam, please avoid them.
This is the first time I bought on Tmart, and I was a little bit worried about of the items delivery. I bought from tmart 7 items, After I received my order today, I hope to deal with it again. Great customer service! Great communication as well. Thank you Tmart.
Tmart customer service has been really honest and quick response. They solved some issue about my last order in a few days. I got refund because my parcel didn't arrive

Fortunately, the item was available. TMART processed the order on December 4,2013 and arrived at the local post office on January 13, I believe. The postman left the claim card at my landlady's mailbox on the 14th, but we only discovered it 4 days ago. So yeah, it took more than a month for the package to arrive, which is normal for me. It really does take 1 month or more for international packages to arrive at my place or at the post office.
I bought from you 2 items and am very satisfied, The prices are so cheap on Tmart, I really love it
I admit was stupid enough to place an order with a company such Tmart.com that does not have a clear address and does not have a phone number.
I paid extra for shipping so The item was supposed to arrived within 2 days.
2 weeks passed now and still I did not receive my item.
Then after many emails I send to Tmart, They told me it is in back order. Tmart refused to cancel my order and refused to refund my money.
And more then that, I found out many fraudulent charges on my credit card.
Stay away. Tmart is a fraud
I really enjoyed my recent experience with tmart. I had heard so much about tmart that I went online, looked around for a while, and then decided to buy a toys for my son,
But when I got it, my son played it one morning and suddenly stopped working, Iso i immediately send messages to them, they reply to me within 48 hours, agreed to let me refund, I guess I was lucky
My item took just over 20 days to arrive. I had ordered another item from a competing store the same day - they must have been in sync as both the emails and delivery of my items arrived at the same time
The tripod feels surprisingly sturdy, and i would actually trust mounting my smartphone to the bracket and wrapping the legs around a tree
Pleasantly surprised at the strength of it, but wont really know the actual quality of the tripod until i put it through its paces. Expect an update if my smartphone meets an untimely demise! Haha
But in regards to tmart, i would have no issues buying from them again for the price and service, but as always, expect to wait a few weeks for delivery
On the 12/15/2013 i ordered a 'Omnipotent Capacitive Touch Screen Stylus Pen' from Tmart, and 1/07/2014 it arrived, item was free Shipping but it did take 3 weeks to arrive but that was to be expected given it was coming from HongKong.

I'm still very satisfied with the shopping, I think I was lucky
Last September I ordered about AUD $100 worth of merchandise from Tmart. After a month or so I only received part of the order. 2 months later I thought the remaining order would be lost through transit. I emailed Tmart about the loss. Within 36 hours I received a reply if I wanted a full refund or reshipment. My answer was the latter. Unfortunately 2 items were no longer available. Refund for the 2 items were made within a few days and the rest of the ordered items were reshipped and received early in January 2014. I am very happy with the response from Tmart. I had ordered 3 or 4 times from Tmart previously, I did not experienced any losses.
I bought "Musical Turtle Nightlight Moon Star Projector Lamp Blue " from tmart when Dec 4.2013, Got this little guy for my granddaughter last week and she loves it! It's less expensive than the Dreamlites and has soothing music as well. It is a great gift for any child who might be afraid of the dark.
T-mart was able to promptly bill my credit card (12/27/13), and was told 1/21/14 that since item was being shipped from Hong Kong, it would be at least 3-6 more weeks to receive. AND since they'd already "processed" the order, it could not be cancelled. Completely unacceptable "policy"!
Horrid! I bought two rechargeable iPhone cases and they took 2 months to arrive when it suggested one-two weeks. When I received them, one was scuffed/damaged and the other has been irregular as far as reliable goes. Upon requesting assistance through customer service, they send generic emails asking redundant questions and failing to spell/grammar check -- unprofessional. Seriously, run the other way.
I finally got my watch the day before yesterday, I waited 15 days it is too long for me

Time adjusting is quiet difficult, requires the use of both bard and other switches.
Back light is quiet bad and it enables you to view only analog time.
I bought a Wireless Bluetooth Headset with MP3 Player last months, as a gift for my husband. I thought this would be something he could really use and a new toy for him to play with! My husband is definitely a hard-core gadget person! He loves to surf websites for the coolest or the most useful thing he can find. Looks great!
