Found that out too late
I had a vehicle stored in their data base, but ordered different tires than speced. Within an hour I get a call to make sure that the tires I ordered were the correct size, since it did not match the car I had on file. Now that is looking out for your customer.
Ordered All Season tires for a trip to the mountains (we ordered late) - tires were available at a reasonable price and was delivered to the installer despite the NorEaster. The service that Tire Rack delivers is second to none.
Ordered 4 tires, easily shipped to the shop to install. 4 months later I got a flat in unrepairable area and Tire Rack made it simple to replace the damaged tire. This will be my third time ordering from Tire Rack due to good service.

Unable to navigate to www.tirerack.com, even the sponsored links on Google do not work. Had to do a google search for one of your products to get to a page i could load and complete my order with. Seems super sketchy but i know you guys are still in business.
