Set of 4 tires arrived in groups of two to the Discount tire location later than promised. Discount tire then took way longer than expected to install tires. Overall the price was great and the employees at Discount were polite. So here I am trying TireRack and Discount again.

Choosing the right tires was easy. But can only enter one billing address/person so for a couple or family the payment screen doesn't work unless you edit the billing address for each person, or each person creates their own individual account.
Also Convenient. I didn't have to put too much effort into finding more affordable tires after the tires I really wanted weren't the price I was originally quoted.
Easy to use, like the compare area, telling about each one, ratings on them, helped make our decision. Thank you
