Tires were delivered timely and well packaged. Due to an issue with one of the tires having what appeared to be a manufacturing defect, Tire Tack offered me a rebate of $100 and to follow up with them if there was an issue once installation was complete. I've driven many miles over 3 years on those tires with no issues. Just purchased my second set of the same brand and style with confidence.

Your insurance / warranty process is terrible. They give conflicting information, won't provide claim approval in the correct order, and support highly questionable claims practices.

I wanted to put decent tires on my dad's 1998 Honda Odyssey without breaking the bank so I purchased a set of Yokohama AVID Ascend GT and had Tire Rack deliver and install the tires at my office. It went smoothly and I have been very happy with the tires and after more than 15,000 miles I am still happy.
