The person I chatted with was very helpful, but the web app for chatting was so slow and laggy, I would have to wait 1-2 minutes after typing for my text to show up. It was so slow it slowed down the rest of the page. I could click or navigate at all. Once the chat was over, and I closed it. Everything started working like normal again.
Simple, Tire Rack has it dialed in already... Can not go wrong with the road hazard warranty for most tires...
