I liked the depth and quantity of reviews, and the selection. I wanted tires and wheels, and wasn't sure what an "offset" was on the wheels. Tanner helped me out and confirmed that what I thought would work actually would. I liked that there was no fee for mounting and balancing when getting a tires/wheels package.
