I had a roadside issue, submitted all paperwork, then I was denied because they said they didn't pre approve the purchase. I had to get back in the road! And regardless you should cover the expense of another tire. I could use the one I bought as a spare. They're all the same. Horrible service!
Last time we bought tires THAT YOUR SITE said would fit they didn't and i had to pay a restock fee.
