The last time I purchased tires for my Highlander, I received them very fast through the US postal service.
My family was taking a long-distance vacation trip, and the vehicle encountered a pothole. The impact damaged the sidewall of one of the tires. The damage could not be repaired. Because the tires were purchased from Tire Rack they were covered by a two-year warranty against road hazard failure. I entered a claim which was promptly reviewed, and I received total reimbursement for a suitable replacement tire from a local vendor who didn't have access to the original tire model. I used the reimbursement to purchase the correct replacement tire from Tire Rack. Thank you Tire Rack!
