The order process is always really easy. Every time I order tire from tire rack they come in very quickly.
The ordering process was simple and fast. However upon receiving the wheels, packages were in good shape but the wheels were supposed to be all black but in the inside of some of the wheels, the manufacturer didn't paint the whole wheel near where the spokes are. You can see bare metal and to me, this isn't good quality unless they're sold at a discount and customer knows about the issue and accepts them as is. Also, for black wheels, I thought I'd receive black lug/studs for said wheels but received polished ones but customer service said they'd ship the black ones out not charge but still haven't received them due to weather? (UPS)

Delivery and installation went perfectly, and I had new tires on the vehicle in less than 30 minutes.
I just want to be able to do a straightforward wheel or tire search without a vehicle involved or other constraints. Once I entered a vehicle it was hard to get out of that loop of program tying tires and wheels to that vehicle and continually being told that what I wanted wouldn't work.
I needed a matching tire and I was done with my purchase in minutes.
There are plenty of other sites where you can purchase a wheel and tire combo but Tire Rack has done right be me every time I needed to purchase replacements or a second set of anything.
Considering the fact that my new vehicle came with summer only tires, I wasn't able to drive it much when I purchased it because it was still well into winter. Thanks to Tire Rack, now I'll have a set of all seasons - I know, a compromise but we don't get that much snow but fairly sporty UHP tires per the reviews and I get to keep the summer only wheel/tire combo for track days and autocross. Win/win.
