Not good call in phone service. Not upset, just wasn't happy with your service.
My first every experience was good, but every experience after that has been abysmal. Multiple attempts to purchase tires and for some reason I've now have FIVE separate attempts completely fail, with 4 of them not even giving a reason. Each time, I make it to the "Thank you for your order" screen without issue but the order just fades away into oblivion. The only time the order did stick around, it ended up getting cancelled anyway. I don't understand what's making it so difficult to just buy tires. Multiple valid payment methods, ensured funds are available and that the cards aren't being blocked for high value purchases and everything is fine on my end. Yet always fails. Today's purchase unfortunately will be my last, for all this trouble it's literally easier to just get price gouged at a dealership. At least I know the payment will work on the first try.

I bought 4 Hankook Ventus tires at a great price with $80 rebate. I had them shipped to my house because I wasn't sure which set of rims I would mount them too. I tried to follow up after I received the tires with 2 recommended installers as instructed by Tire Rack and both denied me the quoted price because I didn't ship the tires directly to them. I contacted customer service and she set me up with a third installer for the quoted price the next day. She even offered an additional discount once I had the tires installed. She turned a frustrating beginning into a very satisfying experience. I ended up ordering a second set of tires for my wife's car.
