Tired Rack shipped out the Michelin Cup 2 Tires that I needed for my car to Big O Tires local and close to me!
Installation in South Bend was pretty good and fairly accommodating as got there early. Hopefully the replacement for Tuesday the 29th at 9:30 AM will be every bit as good at my local Discount Tire.
Not a lot of recommended installers in Missoula and Rocky Mnt. Diesel doesn't quite seem like the place for these tires on a compact car. Delivery was good and on time and left us the time sort it out ourselves.
Ordered 4 winter tires in Dec 2024. I spoke with an agent and he helped me with my order as I was calling from Vermont and there are no Tire Rack stores near me. My tires were delivered on time. Very smooth process.

The representative I spoke with regarding me trying to complete my purchase he started raising his voice because I could not find where I select my installer because they were not listed. I had to tell him "don't be yelling at me I'm not one of his kids". Patience and time wins all the time and raising your voice do not change the situation.
