Received the shocks buy UPS outer box in good condition. Bilstein boxes inside a bit busted up, but no damage to shocks. Bilstein should use stronger box. Shipping time was as promised, no troubles.
Will buy again.

Offer tire install and alignment in 1 bundled price. Also, offer white glove extra care for expensive wheel so that no damage done to wheel when mounted.
