Found the tires I wanted at a good price through Tire Rack. Had them shipped to Discount Tire, made an appointment for installation. It was a busy pre-snow day, but My 4 tires were installed in 4o minutes after I arrived for my appointment. The entire process was easy and seamless; this was the easiest tire purchase/assembly I have ever made in my 60 years of driving!

I always purchase new tires through Tire Rack due to quick delivery (I'm an hour away from the DE warehouse, so I can pick-up too if needed) and the user interface is always easy.

Good tires and price. Only issue is that Discount/Americas tire will not honor the TireRack warranty even though same company.

I was in need of two back tires on my car and Tire Rack had 2 discounted closeout tires. Just what I needed and the price was amazing.

My first purchase was a set of 4 wheels & tires, the second purchase was a set of 4 Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires and this purchase, my third, is also Cross Climate 2, all different cars and sizes. Pricing is pretty much standard across the board. I wanted Cross Climate 3, Sport tires. Michelin says they won't be available in the US for "several" years, although they are available in Europe now. I contacted Tire Rack about availability but got no response, as was the case with other retailers once they discovered the CC3 tires were not available. Michelin, as I understand it, distributes new tires Europe first, US second and reverses that with their next new release. Initially they should be available in the US now, but they changed direction recently, saying they were developing a different design for the US and won't be available for several years. All somewhat confusing, and I'm thinking the delay is more because of tariffs and an abundance of CC2's in retailers stockrooms than a different design for the US. Needless to say, I'll be very unhappy should CC3's suddenly become available in six months and they are better suited for my new European car. This is when a "no response" from a retailer comes into play. But when buying tires and other items, Tire Rack is competitive and reliable and provides good information on their website.

Bait and switch: I bought 4 Goodyear tires a year ago. You never sent the gift card promised. When I called, you told me it took 4 to 6 weeks to process. It still never arrived.

I've have used Tire Rack on and off over the years and have always trusted there information to choose tires. Price was the main reason I drifted away but they are now very competitive with other tire businesses. I came back because of their varied tire selections but most importantly the information they provide for consumers to make good decisions.

Getting tires on this site is very easy and affordable, and you can just get them installed by a local tire shop for about 40 bucks.

Tire rack has sent me lots of tires. They have always helped with any issues including g tire warranty replacements when warranted. They are my preferred place to shops tires.
