When I navigated to the filtered page for the brake rotor I needed there were pre selected items that ended up in my cart along with the ones I actually choose. This happened twice, and I then verified without clicking checkout. It was actually pretty frustrating as user because while in checkout, I had no way of knowing which ones were the right ones... and therefore had to remove all the rotors just to go back and do it again, and again.
Great so far, that's why I am back. The products arrived in a timely manner.
I ordered a set of four tires but for some reason 2 of them were sent to GA. I called customer service, and they fixed the issue right way. I understand things happen, but they were professional and willing to make things right.
Got them in 2 days. Not put on yet but they are great looking tires. Called asked questions and everything was explained about tire size and price point.
