Order showed up quickly and in good shape. Had local installer put tires on. Unfortunately I curbed one, took a chunk out of the sidewall. I just ordered a replacement and filed a claim through the road hazard coverage. We will see

Previously had two tires damaged on the same night and had to submit a road hazard claim. Reordered t2o new tires and submitted my receipts and tire info and was reimbursed under the road hazard warranty. Thank you for great service after the sale, it means a lot these days!
Had a great purchase experience, however 2 weeks after installing 2 new tires had rad hazard damage to both passenger side tires on 12/13. Filed tire hazard claim, ordering 2 new tires to replace damaged ones. Hopefully my claim will be honored and I reimbursed for the replacement tires as the guarantee states. I have my fingers crossed.
