I really liked in the past I wasn't bothered by having to do a survey at the end of my purchase, and your questionnaire ask at the bottom if I want a follow up to my feedback? Why on earth would I want you to take up more of my time... twice? Thanks for the cheap tires but corporate must have an open head wound.
