Also, TireRack staff provided quick answers (within a couple of minutes) to my questions about which size tires would fit my car. I ordered tires on Monday; they were delivered to the installer on Tuesday.

Was so easy to order the tires. Didn't have to call customer service. If you know the size of your tires, just pick what brand and it's as easy as that!
I was dire need of a tire after having a flat. Apparently sixteen inch tires are extremely hard to find these days. A good friend suggested I try Tire Rack. I decided it order a set on a Sunday night, with delivery promised in a couple of days. I didn't get the tires until Friday afternoon, and then only two, I have yet to see the other two.
So many choices, but the reviews really helped me with my decision.

I came to the site to GREAT, but cheaper than the dealership tires. I originally looked for the tires that I normally get from Volvo. However, the KNOWLEDGABLE customer services pointed me to better options. I really liked the convenience of ordering and the options for delivery and installation. I will use and recommend Tire Rack going forward.
