The process was easy once you select the tires you want. They were in stock and they were delivered to my Mr Tire store in 2 days. This exceeded my expectations and the prices were less than I could get them locally. I will use tire rack again when I need tires.

I ordered from Tire Rack and appreciated the fast shipping and smooth order process. I chose Capton Auto after Tire Rack listed them as a recommended installer, expecting a professional and reliable experience. Unfortunately, that expectation wasn't fully met. I called ahead to ask if I could bring in my car at 7:00 a.m. instead of my originally scheduled 11:00 a.m. drop-off. They said they'd try to accommodate me — fair enough. But when I showed up at 7:00 a.m. sharp, the shop was closed. By 7:20 a.m., there were still no staff around. A gas station attendant joked that the person was "still sleeping." It made me question the professionalism of a Tire Rack–recommended installer. To their credit, once they opened, they did fit me in and completed the tire install before my original 11:30 a.m. cutoff. They even called to notify me about oxidized tire valves and asked permission before replacing anything. That courtesy earned back some trust, and the work done was solid. Tire Rack should consider re-evaluating how often they check in on the service standards of their partner installers. While the product and logistics side of my experience was great, the inconsistency at the installer made the process more stressful than it needed to be.

Zip code kept showing invalid even when typed correctly. Had to refresh the page several times to get it to work. Almost gave up and ordered elsewhere

I've bought tires multiple times, had some replaced under warranty - all positive experiences. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the website can be clunky at times, reloading the first screen in the purchase, etc.
