It was pretty easy especially with the guide on how to learn what your tire size is. Very streamlined experience. I just hate how expensive tires are holy $#*!. Like $700? Like I know i paid 5 something but even then like jesus christ. Those aren't even the most expensive tires either. Look man, im just a regular dude tryna survive up in these streets, I dont got bread like that, and while some people would say "well, that sounds like a personal problem" whatever dude, alright? I have a set of Conti's that I love and I found a screw in the edge of the tire near the side wall. Really sucks, but I can buy a replacement and have the tire dealer shave off the the excess so they match. Sure beats purchasing an entire set of tires for $1K.

This is my second time using Tire Rack. Website is easy to use and I found the tire I selected had a rebate, which was provide when I checked out. I was able to send tires directly to my regular mechanic for installation.
While I appreciate the order process, I had a simple request to price match and your team was unable to accommodate. After ordering multiple times, I am disappointed that this is the case.
You earned my business out of convenience, but an $80 price match to Costco for a returning customer on a $1466 order should be a non issue.

Everything from Tire Rack was fine, although the shipping information kept changing but, somehow everything was deliverd just a half hour before I was scheduled for installation at Tires Plus in Royersford. After sitting for two hours, Tires Pluss informed me that the lug nuts would only turn three times because my nre rims were "thicker" than OEM rims which would necessitate having longer lug bolts installed which they did not have. Additionally, I was told that I would need new hub assemblies in the rear for these wheel which they could not do. They suggested that I go to a specialty shop. I was there for about two and a half hours only to leave with my new wheels and tires in the bed of my truck with no charge. From there I went to Toyota where, fortunately, they had a bay available and would see what they could do. Toyota had no difficulty installing the wheels and only charged me for programming the TPS. Four hours for what should have been no more than an hour. I am happy with the new wheels and Firestone Winterforce tires, not so happy about the process!

When I have a flat tire, it is much less of a headache to get a new tire and get it installed with TireRack. They have all my car info and previous orders, making it easy when replacement is needed.
After entering CC info I clicked box to see what details were involved in road protection policy. It then would not let me proceed with order due to being "error in processing payment." I had to re-enter CC info then it worked
Tires arrived at home delivery! I could have chosen to ship to an installer but my dealership installed them and everything was perfect!

Excellent selection and service. Be careful if you have then delivered to your home - I have a long driveway and the delivery folks left the tires at the end by the road where they could have been easily stolen.

I'm a regular buyer from tire rack. They do not sell unproven, cheap knock offs, just quality every time. I purchased blizzaks for my plow truck, not sure how they do it, but suddenly the tire arrive in record time. Don't shop anywhere else'!

Best option for any type of car or tire! Customer service is there when you need it but your probably won't need it. Good savings on discounted tires and great reviews when you want the best possible performance. I've used them for decades!

When i submitted for the tire hazard claim I was only reimbursement for the tire not the install and i took forever for them to pay me back.
