Hands down the best company for buying tires and it's not even close. I've only had one issue with a tire. It was a manufacturing defect. I called and it was resolved within 15 minutes. Kudos to a solid company.

Everything was good, 3 tires showed up then the 4 tire showed up which was kinda frustrating but other that that little hiccup everything was great.

Previously purchased run-flats for 2019 Infiniti QX50. Best price around. Never purchased form Tire Rack before. Delivery was quick, and installation was reasonanbly priced and quick at Discount Tire location. Only drawback is they don't do alignment. So had to take to another tire shop for that service.

Tires are 9 mos old, picked up a nail near the edge where its not repairable. I'm told the Road Hazard Warranty that comes with the purchase will cover repair or replacement. So far, it appears they will replace, after I submit proof of damage, Tire Invoice and Tire installation invoice. It could be a GREAT outcome. Will report back if I have troubles.
Having to purchase a tire just to get reimbursed when you have a mobile tire mounting system in place is silly. Some of us cannot afford to be buying extra tires for reimbursement when we have a legitimate issue.

I was able to locate the tires I wanted and compare them with other tires. Ordering was easy.
Though delivery was delayed due to weather, the customer rep, Kourtney (with a K), was very helpful.

The only issue was the way the tires were delivered. The tires were just dropped in front of my garage door where anyone could have driven by and taken them. There was no attempt to ring the doorbell so the tires could have been received and put inside the garage.

One of the tires i am purchasing is for a warranty claim. Victoria gave great help with the warranty process. Looking up my old invoice and sending me a link to put through the claim. As well as additional help with a couple questions i had while completing the process.
Had difficulty finding the tires from other local dealers, found online at Tire Rack and had never purchased tires online. I was concerned about getting the product listed and then installed Tire Rack connected me from their site with installation locally (a local Monro Muffler). Couldn't have been smoother process.

The ability to save my cars and pull them up for reorders is great. In some cases I have to switch to custom sizes as the stock size tires are not exactly what I want on my sports car. This go round, the tires I ordered last time have been discontinued, but I was moving to another brand anyway, from Dunlop to Continental on the Honda Sports Car. We have ordered the Continental for our Audi last time around. I also like the ability to review the Continental tire specs and compare them to the specs of the Dunlops (To evaluate fitment issues). Only purchase tires through you guys for multiple cars, 2006 S2K, 2018 Audi A5, one of the 2016 or 2019 Honda Accords soon, and my 2000 Chevy Truck soon too. Great Job guys
