Applied for credit got approved right away so that was a plus! My order was confirmed the next day and I thought everything was going smooth until I received an email the following day saying my order had been canceled due to not having enough money to cover my purchase so I gave tire rack sales department and they were able to split the difference between my purchase and my order shipped out by the end of the week! Other than that I would use tire rack again in the future. And I not quite sure if they fulfilled my entire order because I didn't receive tpms reader that I paid for and needed so hopefully they can fix that!

I had a blow out on the interstate with a set of inferior tires and got towed into the shop around 5:00 PM they were slammed but promised that they would stay as long as it took. Nobody else in town was even willing to look at my car the same day. Discount Tire saved my neck and we were north bound in less than 2 hours.
Last set of tires I purchased were 2-3 years old when I received them. They were not used, just had old manufacturing dates. Since these were snow tires, the tread should last many years as they are only used a few months/year. Tread is still good after 5 seasons but they are now going to be 9 years old this winter. 10 years is the max recommended age from manufacturing date.
