Easy process, everything showed up and neatly/ safely packaged. Customer service helped me process an order that I attempted to online, but wasn't able to process due to my bank not wanting to work with the only purchase process.

Tire rack website is a wonderful way to shop for tires. This is the 6th time I used it. And with the combination of Good Year credit card, the purchasing process is quick and easy.

TireRack really takesthe guesswork out of buying the right tires. Watch the videos, view the scores, review customer ratings and you're good to go. You won't get that at a tire shop.

I always order my tires from here. Its just a better selection process. I can change the results to price low to high. I use the filters to find exactly what i need. I dont have a mechanic trying to upsell me.

The gentleman helping me was very friendly and helpful. He was quick retrieving my order from the warehouse and every wheel was inspected to make sure nothing was damaged or missing. I appreciate him being very thorough. Very high level quality of customer service. I will definitely be buying from here again.

I've purchased tires since 2021 & was satisfied with most of my orders. I wish you gave a discount for Veterans since I'm a disabled Veteran living off of social security. 1 have to budget by using credit to make this purchase but your closeout items I found was too good to pass up. 6 month interest free payments are a plus, however it would be nicer if interest free payments were over the span of 12 months.

I love Tire Rack and have used them for years with a variety of vehicles. I would like more tire tests for the available tires - I was considering a tire today and the site noted an available test - in reading the test I realized it was performed in 2010. Clearly much has changed in the last 16 years and I very much doubt that the rankings would be even remotely similar given the changes in rubber compounds and tire design. Bad data is worse than none at all.

The authorised installer did not take appointments as stated by Tire Rack and the $300( as stated by Tire Rack) instal cost for 8 tires was actual over $570.

Never had any problems with a tire rack experience. I like being able to compare prices and various specs vs having a tire pushed on me at the tire stores locally.

Services are good and they are very effective as team

Ordered 4 Yokohama hi-performance tires. Love them but only put less than 1,000 miles on them when I hit something in the road that damaged 2 of them. This order is to replace those with the FREE Road Hazard Warranty. Thanks Tire Rack!

WELL BEEN SENT 2 YEAR OLD TIRES! WHY BOTHER THEN THEY AR ALREADY OLD AND THEIR ELASTICITY IS GONE I AM GIVING ONE LAST CHANCE FOR YOU. I HAV E A FLEET OF CARS AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IF THIS ALSO COMES WRONG WILL NEVER USE THE SERVICE AND WILL LET EVERYBODY KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE

I've bought several sets of tires from tire rack and I've had great experiences so far out of all of them. They have always arrived on time so no wait!

I've purchased several sets of tires for several different vehicles and never had any problems with Tire Rack. Love the easy of purchase and good selection of tires. The only issues I've 3ever faced have been overcharges from their preferred installers, but Tire Rack has always found a way to have the installer refund the overcharge!

Bought 4 tires by mistake. I needed only two. No problem. Called and got a complete refund because I had used their preferred installer. Ordered two and all was good. Free delivery and installation appointment is super easy. I will use TireRack again.
