I've purchased several sets of tires for several different vehicles and never had any problems with Tire Rack. Love the easy of purchase and good selection of tires. The only issues I've 3ever faced have been overcharges from their preferred installers, but Tire Rack has always found a way to have the installer refund the overcharge!

Bought 4 tires by mistake. I needed only two. No problem. Called and got a complete refund because I had used their preferred installer. Ordered two and all was good. Free delivery and installation appointment is super easy. I will use TireRack again.

I would say that the amount of wheel options could be improved. When I looked for my Focus ST there were about 4 options, pretty dissapointing.

Tire Rack has been my source for car tires for over 30 years. Over that time I have had only two minor issues that TR resolved quickly to my satisfaction.

I just would not shop any other way anymore. Having tire shipped directly to my house I'm going to my mechanic to have them put on as a dream for an old man like me. I appreciate the expediency of the process.

Previously purchased tires for my other 2 vehicle and all 3 times have found the best prices here.

As always they have a great selection of products. They are usually the cheapest but offering road hazard warranty for free has already paid off with this order. Thank you

I wanted this shipped to the 980 E Hamilton Avenue, Campbell CA ******* but your system will not allow it. Standard tire... You need to update your system

Website was Great. Great Price. BUT For the love of all that is Holy Please do something about your Shipping. FedEx is HORRIBLE! Watched my tires tour Texas and Florida for 4 days past my promise date and the worse part is I dont live in Texas or Florida! Brings my overall experience from 5 stars down to 3 stars

The tires I ordered we delivered quickly to Tire Choice and they were installed on my car
Not happy with Tire Choice as they didn't install the lug covers on the wheels and gave me a estimate on brake pads that was high.

When you generally know what you want (aka size, warranty, etc.) but aren't sure what to go with, Tire Rack is the best place to figure it out, order it, and get it shipped!

Everything all good except when I got a flat tire on ExtremeContact DWS 06 plus after 2k miles they never gave me the road-hazard-protection insurance money, even though I provided photos and recipes for the situation

I have purchase numerous sets of tires from tire rack over the years and continue to do so. I had one experience where a single new tire from the set had excessive road force balance. Tire rack promptly sent a return label and replaced the tire.
