I purchased and had the new set of tires installed at your So. Bend facility. I needed to replace a tire less then 10 days after newly installed and you made me purchase the new tire and installation. I was told that it qualified for the road hazard insurance but I never got reimbursed. I feel ripped off since I've purchased many tires from you. Loyal customers should be taken care of.
All purchases from tire rack have been simple and easy. Colton has assisted in the process a multitude of times and has been extraordinarily kind. Thanks for doing great business
