I live in Atlanta and it's great a DC is here. When you're into tires, it feels good to be able to go pick them up and touch them a bit before installing.

I ordered my tires by make and model, confirmed by placard on the car. They came in timely manner. The installing dealer was helpful and courteous, and possibly more important, Quick!

I bought new tires 3 months ago and I already have a bubble on the sidewall. Now I have to replace it at my cost and you dont even have the same tire, so now my tires are mismatched and could potentially effect the rest of the components of my vehicle. I will never again order tires online.

My run flat tire blew out after hitting a pothole. I typically go to Discount Tire, but the experience there is dreadful. They try to upsell anything and everything, they over charge for everything, and they're usually super busy so you have to wait almost an hour just to see someone.

Bought rear tires a few months ago, selected my car and chose front tires, recommended the same brand, easy peasy!

Buy online, 2 days shipping and installing by discount tires shop, which also offers road hazard protection, for the life of the tires.

Tire Rack's web site was easy to navigate and find the right tires for my vehicle, order them and have them delivered to my installer.

Over all good service, and the wheels are great but unfortunately the tires were very substandard.
