Tire rack has been crazy fast, efficient, & professional in 4 different experiences over the last 5, or 6 years. I just had my first warranty experience with them (one truck tire). The process isn't finished - but I couldn't believe how quickly they took in the info, simple it is to process, and their follow up to be sure I received all needed material to complete the claim. Impressive. I highly recommend them.
