Always a pleasure using the application and finding great deals while comparing tires and wheels. Ease of scheduling and can see what they will look like on your vehicle prior to purchase.

One item not noted was the rims I got with the snow tires used different lug nuts, which were provided, but makes changing from winter to summer rims and tires take care to use the right lug nuts.

I haven't had any problems with any of the tires. Im replacing this tire because I had had it for 4 years. And I bought them with you guys.

I've always had a good experience. However, some installers are beginning to limit options to tires purchased AWAY from their shop.

So so simple. Tell the site what make/model/year your vehicle is and it spits out so many options. Great filters to narrow down what you're looking for too. They'll ship to you or directly to a shop that can install them.

I may be an outlier as I love close to a Tire Rack distribution center but I routinely get tires in 1-2 days and have the option to pick up some models from the warehouse nearest me.

Ordered four tires prior to East Coast blizzard. Tire Rack kept original delivery date. The roads were barely clear and my tires showed up on time.

Everything is easy to find, and Tire Rack always has the right tires at the lowest prices. Delivery is almost always next day as well!

I received a set of four tires that were mounted and balanced. During driving there was serious vibration and took the car back to have the wheels redone. It turns out it was a bad set of tires, Tire Rack, expedited a new set of tires and payed for all of my shop costs incurred. The new set of tires worked flawlessly and there was multiple follow up calls and emails. The customer service was top notch!

I ordered a set of Yokohama Geolandar 235/65/17 which was on a closeout sale. I opted to have it delivered and installed in their preferred Auto/tire shop in my area which is BJ Motorsports. I was so happy with the whole experience. Turn around time was just less than 48hrs. The tires where delivered the following day and was installed in the morning of the next day. Jeff in BJ Motorsports was very humble and accomodating througout the installation process. Tire rack has been my always "go to" online wheels and tire shop. The credibility and service is top notch! They keep telling me to rename attachments... I have even cut and pasted their example, and they say they do not have it. 30 years ago, Adobe invented the PDF format, and I have NEVER had any issues with the "file name".

Tire Rack is typically the cheapest option when you account for fees, shipping, etc. Tires are delivered very quickly to Sacramento area.
