All of my tire track experiences have been easy to purchase and I've always enjoyed the products. I also enjoy the data for rating tires and reading reviews from other customers. I am able to match their driving conditions, cars and tires along with mine.

I have been a TR customers for over 30 years. All was good until my last purchase of some Falcon tires. One of the 4 was bad and had a large bubble on the sidewall. I tried to return it and was told that side wall bubbles is a Road Hazard issue not a warranty issue. The fact that I drove it for only 5 miles before noticig the leak/bubble made no difference to them. I am not willing to lie and say the bubble is a Road Hazard problem. I am contesting the issue through my credit card company.
One problem in 30 years is not a bad record. I am surprised that TR is not willing to accept the $100 tire as a defect. Irritating.

I am still working on the issue with TR.

I've been using tire rack to purchase tires for my car for years! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their free road hazard protection ensures that when I damage my tires during the pot hole filled winter months, I get replacement tires at no extra cost.

I've been getting tires installed at the tire rack location in South Bend Indiana for more than a decade on my family's small fleet of vehicles. The web page is easy to use and has options to suggest a tire to fit the users needs or allow enthusiasts to dig into the specs and test results of every tread pattern. Install on site is just as easy as it should be. In the 20 tire changes I've had done there I've never felt pressured to upsell a more expensive product or additional services. I have no concerns about sending my teenage drivers down there or my elderly mother-in-law to have their tires installed on site. Don't like the internet? Just give them a call and setup everything over the phone just like it used to be with old school service centers. Don't know anything about tires? Call and talk to a professional who can help you learn the basics. Tires are an important part of keeping your car safe on the road. It is literally where the rubber meets the road and can mean the difference between getting home safe or sliding into a ditch.

This was my first time using tire rack. I am happy about the tires I purchased for sure! Big difference. I'm a little bummed I wasn't able to get them delivered to my local Discount Tire for install because delivery would have been faster but that's okay. The shop I went to was well worth the wait!

For some reason my order for 4 tires was sent at the same time from the same warehouse, yet arrived on 3 seperate days. Each tire had its own tracking number (odd) so i assume fed ex felt it was ok to split the order up. This led to me having to cancel my tire mounting appointment and reschedule 3 different times. I DID finally get all my tires and im happy with the product. This may have been more of a issue with fedEx and not Tire Rack, but if they had been shipped as one order with one tracking number i bet the tires would have arrived together

It's nice to be able to properly compare tire options. My dealership had only one tire model in stock, and tirerack had the same tires for $20 cheaper per tire, but I ultimately ended up picking a completely different tire after seeing all the options.

Tire Rack allows you the ability to find other tire brands that are just as good, and often times better, then what the local tire shops carry. Don't give up on finding the best tires at the best price.

I've ordered tires for my cars many times from Tire Rack. The selection is great as are the prices — and free shipping is a definite plus.

Great selection. I appreciate the stats to compare between options. The pricing is very competitive, shipping is free and the shipping speed is out of this world.

Hassle free returns and technical support is great. They just don't sell tire's they sell excellent service and they back it up with great support.

Went on Tire Rack Website to purchase some 22" wheels and tires.Put my vehicles information in, found the wheels and tires that the website says would fit my particular make and model. Ordered and paid for the package, they gave me an option to ship to the installer (Pep Boys). Dropped off the vehicle before work 6:00am only to return to Pep Boys to be told that it was the wrong Lug pattern for my vehicle. So called customer service no answer had to text with a person who said they waive $125.00 of the $150.00 to have them returned IF IT WASN'T AN ORDER ERROR ON MY PART. So fast forward a day later called customer service they said that Pep boys should have been able to install the wheels because of the dual lug pattern. That's where I'm at currently.

Prices are good and delivery schedules are met. Not sure how to handle the warranty part in case we have tire damage and need the road hazard protection.

It's always easy to navigate through the website. Shipping is always super fast. And the service is always great. Had a slight issue with my payment and I was able to call and fix it quickly. The employee that I spoke to helped me quickly and was able to get my tires shipped fast. Thank you!
