I purchased some new Perelli Tires through Tire rack. The tire got 2 bolt holes next to one another within the first month. TireRack's tire insurance paid for a brand new replacement tire when it could not be patched!
Ordered tires for my wife's car earlier this year. Now ordering for my mom's car. Tire Rack is my go to for tires. Love the America's Tire option for installation. There is a location near my home, the installation fee is reasonable and the service is quick and easy.
I have purchased over a half dozen sets of tires from Tire Rack.com and as a knowledgeable person who knows what I want I appreciate that I can easily select the manufacture and model of tires for my vehicles. The website is easy to use and as a do-it-yourselfer I like being able to pick up the tires at the warehouse so I can take them home and do my own installation.

I like the detailed description of the tires, I like to be able to choose the features important to me, less performance now than it used to be, and more emphasis on noise. Once I ordered the wrong tire, and they called me to confirm if I erred, I had, they saved my bacon. Yay tirerack.
For some reason it's hard for me to drill down to the options I want. On the 'sort by' menu maybe you could add extra options, like: performance all season, Summer, etc. somehow that option was a couple clicks ago and I have wade through and through and through
