Simple comprehensive ordering process, and quick delivery
I had to return my last order and it was completely hassle free
I like my 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL OEM tires, simply typed the make and model of my car and there they were, order placed...
Good. Dont remember it much long time ago. Whats with all the questions?
I picked the tires that I wanted and TireRack gave me the tools to make an informed decision. I picket a well rated shop near my house to get the installation done... very effective and very pleasant experience.
Tires are delivered like clockwork. And free road hazard can't be beat
So much research at your fingertips allows you to make the best decision
I have purchased tires/wheels mounted and just tires from TireRack. It is user-friendly, efficient, and a great value. Being able to ship tires directly to the installer is very convenient.

Love the tire info very easy to judge each individual tire, looking forward to Treadwell making that even better!
Order was ready quickly. DC pickup went smoothly, no wait, in and out within a couple of minutes. Will do business with again.
Was in and out in about 5 minutes with no issues at all!
You guys have always been the best, and continue to be. Glad tire rack is here. One of the few companies left which offers good products, fair pricing, and great customer service. Thank you, you are appreciated.
No issues. Tires were delivered on time and in excellent / new condition.
Very concise, very accurate website tool. For purchasing tires, this is absolutely mission critical. The other thing I particularly like is simply showing the tire manufacturer tread life mileage rating. That is significant to me because that translates into value, especially when a Customer consistently keeps their vehicle tires properly inflated, rotated and aligned. That's me. Anyway I appreciate TireRac (and the now retired Discount Tire Direct).
Fantastic tires. Used them a few times already and love them. Fast delivery and installation.
Tires were priced right and delivered as expected. Love the tires and looks and feels great.
Been a TireRack customer for over 20 years purchasing tires for numerous cars. Always very please with sales staff, customer service, etc. I would have given TireRack 5 starts for the rating but I a replacing a tire for the first time using TRR.NationSafeDrivers.com (NSD) after my garage found a nail or screw in the tire tread. I had only owned the tires for a few months prior to the damage.
With that, I had numerous issues trying to register/see the invoice online for submitting a claim due to my phone number changing. After 3 calls to NSD I finally was able to open a claim. I am very IT literate and it shouldn't of taken that much time/effort to register. If the customers a claim if information from past purchased was merged together by email, name, phone, etc. it would have been able to find me as I had numerous cellphone numbers over the years based on my location in the US but one constant email.

I've only had one tire warranty issue about 15 years ago and if I remember correctly, it was handled directly by TireRack. It was a great experience through TireRack as usual. Now a the third party (NSD) is handling claims (which I understand as my business also uses a third party). I have to commend NSD as their customer service team are very nice to work with, very experienced and were able to help me navigate the logon/invoice issues of their website. The one thing I found most astounding and was taken back by was the policy for receiving a refund for the damaged tire (i. E. the customer must buy a new tire, show the invoice for the installation and a picture of the original damaged tire before "approval" of the claim). I am a trusting person but as a customer, I would want pre approval of the warranty before going through purchasing a new tire. Some customers may not be able to afford the cost of another tire aren't assured that the replacement tire would be covered. What if the claim is not approved and the customer is out the cost of a new tire (as they may choose to drive on the old tire if it almost 2 years old).
Thanks for allowing me to provide feedback. If all goes as planned, yes, the process works. It just is a somewhat cumbersome and concerning/unclear process as to if the warranty will be honored by TireRack before much expense (new tire) and time (car back and forth to the garage) is spent by the customer. It seems backwards. It should be pre approval, then purchase and install the tire followed by the refund to the customer from TireRack
Always a simple process to order tires, good prices and great delivery (fast and prompt) no matter which state I order from.
Inventory selection, delivery time, and quick communication from support team. Thanks.
Bought a set of 4 tires. Caught a nail. Appreciate the Road Hazard protection!
Last time I purchased a set of tires, I also purchased rotors and brakes pads at the same time. The recommended installer did such a terrible job that made the car had trouble stopping quickly, with grinding noises. I took the car to another shop the next day and was informed of the poor installation job and recommended purchasing a whole set of brakes and rotors to fix the problem. That was a very expensive week for a set of 4 tires with 8 rotors and 8 brake pads.
Tirerack needs to be more careful about how they provide services, than just trying to rake in the cash. A business needs to be about trust, and any extension tirerack makes with other providers affects them in turn. Tirerack can't just blame the installer, as if they played no part in the situation. Stand up for your customer's and the do the right thing.
I've been purchasing tires with The TireRack for 30 years.
Choosing what i need is seamless.
If i have a question i call & the rep is quite knowledgeable

Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.
