Everything came in two days even with everything going on. My tires came in great condition

Easy to order and got delivered to tire shop near to my home

Quick and easy but I waited about a half an hour at pickup which was probably double or triple the time it took me to place the order.

Simple ordering process, did it through my phone. The tires arrived at my doorstep the next day before a big snow storm. This is the only way I buy tires.

Ordered tires and chose a tire rack recommended installation place (JuffyLube). Upon arrival at jiffylube I was informed that they were unable to install my new tires because they didn't have any certified Present that day. Also, they told me that something needed to be calibrated on their equipment. So, I had to haul the tires myself (female) to a tire shop down the road for installation. Super inconvenient.

I ordered on a Sunday and received them in Tuesday afternoon and were on my car Tuesday night. The only issue I have is that my car isn't recognizing the tire pressure. I'm not sure if I have to take to tire center to have issue fixed? Not sure if I had to order something extra? Other than that little issue the tires were exactly what I wanted and will order from here again for sure.
