Had a good experience from tire rack's side and the install was ok but that's not this company's fault even though it was one of their suppliers.
The website couldn't be any easier to navigate and the order and pickup process was a breeze! The prices seem to be the same as what the "cost" price is for local tire shops, therefore removing the middle-man markup, and can't be beat! Will absolutely continue to buy tires from here and will tell anyone who needs tires to shop here!
A tire rack rep called me shortly after I placed my order for Michelin tires for my '15 Honda Fit. He informed me these were hard wall tires for heavy loads and would not handle bumps well at all. Over a short conversation the rep pointed me to a size wider Continental tire that fits my stock Fit rims. The tires are rated 8s and 9s for Dry, Wet and Snow as I was looking for and handle perfectly on packed snow. They were also $60 cheaper for all four tires.
As always Tire Rack delivers on time and budget. My favorite tire ordering experience.

Found the tires I was looking for at a really good price. Opted to pick them up at a nearby distribution center, so got an even BETTER price. Install with the local Firestone shop was a... bit of trouble. But they finally got installed and are great tires.
Amazing service and easy to order online! Quick delivery service also! Fair pricing! Worth every penny since we got a snow storm a couple of days after getting tires put on... handled great in the snow, uphill, downhill, turns and stops! Highly recommend!
I loved having the option to checkout as a Guest rather than creating an account (I have too many to remember them all); the checkout was super easy, the availability of different products was very nice and the reviews/ratings of each was incredibly helpful, the price was very reasonable, and the order came within 2 days when it was expected to take 4. Tire rack still had some of the brake/rotor combination that I like in stock - just not in one location. It gets tough when you want parts for a 2004. Everything was great and went as scheduled.
