I have a lift kit on my jeep and use larger tires. When i ordered tire rack called and questioned the size that they were not the normal size for my jeep.
I thought this was great that they did not want me to be making a mistake. No one else i called would do that.
Tire Rack was great, and delivery was a day early. Another plus.
Amazing price on the tires but installer tried to charge more money for install when tirerack showed exactly how much they should of charged on top of that they scratched my wheels quite a bit during the install with the bead breaker.

This was my first time buying tires from Tire Rack. They were recommended by a friend. It was nice that they had a quality selection of tires (more than what the dealer was offering). There is not a Tire Rack anywhere close to where I live so it was nice that they had the option to deliver the tires to a location tire center (or they could have been delivered to my house). I have had the tires on for a few days and so far so good. The tires I bought were new to Tire Rack and didn't have a lot of reviews but they had great reviews online. So hopefully they do as well as anticipated.

Tires arrived on time in perfect condition. By far the best value of wheel and tire combo for the winter.
Paid to have mounted to find out tpms sensors don't work. Have to schedule, and pay again to have factory tpms sensors put back in.
Easy to navigate and order what I wanted. The greatest part is being able to have the tires/wheels mounted and balanced.
Wheels arrived no problem, but the lugnut set that was supposed to come as well was missing

Great got all 4 at once from ups ground with in about 2 or 3 days after ordering look clean and no scratches packaged very well and took extra care.
I sent my tires to my normal installer. There's one problem. They're actually closed temporarily and I didn't discover this until a delivery attempt was made. I contacted other installers in the area to understand my options then chatted with Tirerack's support. I also sent an email just in case. They worked quickly and were able to intercept and redirect the tires to another location. Always have had a great experience with Tirerack. Thanks!
