Finally made switch to non-run flats. Had no issues at all with Tire Rack and I'm a first time shopper with them. Great prices, no issues with delivery and scheduling appointment with installer.

Got a nail in a run flat and had to get a replacement tire. Placed order on Friday and had tire Saturday. Filed a claim under the road hazard and everything seems to be working out very smooth.

Very smooth. In less than 3 hours I had ordered my tires, driven to the warehouse and picked them up, got my camper out of storage, went to an approved installer and had the tires installed, and returned my camper to storage.

The customer service rep was able to match my defective tire with a comparable model. Ordering & shipment proceeded as if I were right there in the store: no delays whatsoever.

Oder was good. Delivery was good. 2 out of 4 of my wheels have damage. The answer was a $50 dollar credit per wheel very unhappy with that will not use again.

I was very happy with the delivery time. But I was disappointed that the company that I had my tires shipped to could not install the tires for me. Because they didn't have the proper lift, I had to pick my tires up and search for another business to do the install and alignment.

This is my 1st time ordering from tire rack and I will be returning as a customer for all my future tire needs.

I've been utilizing Tire Rack online for a host of tire purchases for different vehicles I've owned over many years. I've taken notice over the last couple of purchases when ordering new tires for my two vehicles, the once considerable price point, mounting, and sales tax advantages proffered by ordering online have diminished significantly. Box stores, specialty stores, and even price matching by dealers have dramatically closed the cost gap advantages Tire Rack once harbored. When tire mounting expenses ($134 within my area) are figured-in, previous advantages of ordering online are becoming a push. Unbiased tire reviews, tire choice variety and comparison shopping information supported by uncomplicated warranty service remain Tire Rack advantages. Like quite a few fixed income baby boomers entering retirement, price point will most likely weigh heavily on future purchases.

Emailed an expert for sizing info, I got a great response so I ordered a set of Fuel sledge 20/10 Wheels. Can't wait to put them on!
