Had the OEM tires I wanted in stock and delivery was very quick considering current shipping problems I've had with other companies.

First time ordering from tire rack. Everything went well I think the delivery was a day after I thought it would be but no problem.

Went online found Required tires for the Mercedes S550 I can honestly say in savings of 30% versus Mercedes prices

Was successful but the delivery leaving the tires in front of the house without care, someone could be took the tires

I received my wheels and one wheel had a dent on it which upset me since they are supposed to be new.

Purchased a set of four tires for my wife's car. Ordered on a Saturday, they arrived at the MobileGo Installer a few days later. Mobile Installer was prompt, courteous and fast. Installed the tires in my driveway - no hassle! Even though the mobile installer is a tad more expensive, you get pieces of mind, don't have to wait in some waiting room with 50 other people and their work is excellent.

Shipping instructions asked for first and last name and where it was going to. I was sending it directly to my mechanic under my name however tirerack didn't send it under my name, you used the name on the credit card. Online form should have specifically said that it would have to use the name on the credit card. Was confusing@ accepting shipment.
