The folks at TR, especially Steve, who dealt with my repeated questions and what-ifs, were great! Very knowledgeable and helpful, especially since there were no options for winter tires in my cars standard size. Ended up doing a size-down application that is a factory recommendation. The only issue I had was... 2 of the tires were mounted backwards for direction of rotation on the right side of my car. Fortunately, the guy from ASAP tire caught the error and was able to correct on-site.

My transaction was pretty basic and accordingly went smoothly.

PayPal seemed to insist on using billing address from TireRack input as shipping address so I had to go another payment route.

VERY FAST delivery especially considering recent shipping delays with other orders coming by the 3 main shipping companies.

I received a phone call within 5 minutes of placing my order, i was so impressed. The customer service representative was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the companies products. He took the time to confirm my order and it turns out that I ordered the wrong tire size for my car. He fixed that issue and continued to assist me in saving money on my transaction. I will be always be loyal customer! Thank you for everything! (the tires are of great quality and look nice)

One tire looks used and is missing the tread knobs that the other 3 had... not sure why there is a difference but 3 are different than the last one

Went round and round on website, then called cust serv 2 times, then finally read tire reviews for my make/model, and came to decision

Shipping was fast and great, whoever handled the packaging handled it very poorly one of the boxes had damage and the deliver man did not ask for a signature and he didn't knock so my packages sat outside till I saw them. I opened the damaged boxed and the lip to one of my wheels were chipped.

Easy site to navigate and a fantastic selection to choose from. Order was delivered the following day to the shop I was using. Great experience from my 1st purchase at Tirerack.

This is the 2nd purchase I have made from Tire Rack and both times I found exactly what I was looking for and at a great price.
