This is my first time order from you. So far the experience is very positive. We received the mounted tire one day before it was promised and I was surprised because it came with new lug nits, not expected, and the wheel is very nice. Since I am using this for a spare tire I did not have it mounted on the vehicle. VERY Satisfied with this purchase!

Tim (i think) stopped out in pretty crappy conditions and did an amazing job. It's way better than waiting at the tire shop for 2 hrs sucking down crap coffee and watching soap operas while my tires get swapped.
The lug nuts that came with the wheels won't work unless I grind down a socket. Had to buy spline drive nuts
Wow! It arrived very quickly. We put it together in a matter of minutes, we are planning on using in our stock car hauler the only problem it won't hold 8 race tires, these tires are wider than passenger if it had another 4" would be great. We will use it non the less.

Placed the order on a Thursday evening and it arrived to my shop on Monday afternoon.
It was simple to find a tire to replace one which was damaged at TireRack.com I plan on making all future tire and wheel purchased through them.

I needed tires before a road trip so I placed my order a d got my delivery date. I made an appointment with a vendor to have them put on via the Tire Rack website. The vendor was hesitant to keep the appointment due to delayed shipping times due to the pandemic and we had a pending snowstorm. But, they kept it for me since I needed the new tires so badly. The tires arrived on time and I was able to keep my appointment. I already can feel the difference while driving and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
The folks at TR, especially Steve, who dealt with my repeated questions and what-ifs, were great! Very knowledgeable and helpful, especially since there were no options for winter tires in my cars standard size. Ended up doing a size-down application that is a factory recommendation. The only issue I had was... 2 of the tires were mounted backwards for direction of rotation on the right side of my car. Fortunately, the guy from ASAP tire caught the error and was able to correct on-site.
My transaction was pretty basic and accordingly went smoothly.
